Would definitely shop here again. Great experience overall.

Although asked them to not push me to buy something they keep spamming me with phone calls. Also an official request to take me out of their system has not been followed up on. Two months already having a lot of calls each week. I never take phone calls anymore if the number is not in my list of contacts. More or less disturbing my life negatively, as I would like to trust anyone calling me.

Don't use. They replaced half the order with another product which was much cheaper and have now gone silent. No collection or refund offered.

Do not buy anything from this company they do not deliver when they say they do, and they lie, pretending that they have attempted to deliver I have been waiting 3 solid days and wasted 3 days of money with the builders waiting for the parcel and calling them to sort the delivery out with no luck. In one of my attempts to ask for the date of the delivery, the answer on the email was as soon as possible !! No date included in the response and still waiting after 3 days When you call them to track your parcel as you can't if you press 2 to track your parcel no one answers if you press 1 for sales they do Dreadful experience I have lots of money by buying from them as the building work has been delayed

Purchased 2 x 10m rolls of acoustic matting as per the description on the website. Received an email shortly after saying that I had only purchased 2m of acoustic matting, not two full rolls. Called them up to explain the description clearly stated it was a 10m x 1m x 6mm roll and that the pricing was in line with other websites for similar product so they must be mistaken. Was given a load of waffle about pricing and told that if I wanted the 20m it would cost me more money. I told them I wasn't interested in doing business with such a company and they issued a refund. For the additional amount they asked me for they should have just honoured the price I had actually paid. Ridiculous way of doing business

Purchased a "in stock" furniture set on website. I emailed the next day to check for a delivery estimate, the customer service advised they would check if they had stock and then only advised they didn't when I followed up. They refunded everything quickly but frustrating that the stock online isn't accurate and I had to contact them to find out.
