Prices and terms were also fair and reasonable. Because of you guys, I settled with the IRS for less than $9K in debt as opposed to ~$50K of debt which I had with them. We tried resolving our bac tax issues with the IRS since 2008 but things got very frustrating. We dealt with over 20 agents and never got anything done. I'm glad this mess is finally over.

I employed DTR in September of 2015. In October of 2015, I sent them the many documents that they asked for. Two months later, they requested the SAME DOCUMENTS AGAIN and accused me of not sending the documents in October. In December, one of the attorneys that had Power of Attorney for us left Direct Tax Relief. We were informed of this by the IRS THREE WEEKS after he left DTR! After numerous phone calls and emails that were not returned, we finally got smart and hired someone else in April. In less than a month, our issue was straightened out and we owed even less than we originally thought. My advice: DO NOT HIRE DIRECT TAX RELIEF unless you want to spend more on interest and you don't want good service.

They resolved my case a lot quicker than expected and provided amazing customer service.

I'm so glad we found this company - I can finally sleep peacefully at night, not having to worry about our company's IRS issues. The process is not very quick, but its definitely worth it. Direct Tax's staff provided wonderful customer service, from the attorney to the case managers that were assigned to my case.

I was referred to Harry Galstian, CEO of Direct Tax Relief by a friend of mine who had used them a couple years back and was very happy. The first attorney that was assigned to my case was not up to par and I wasn't very happy with the direction my case with the IRS was going.

After I complained to management I received a direct call from Harry and he apologized and promised to reassign my case. The 2nd attorney was a lot more aggressive with the IRS and I got the results I was looking for. I didn't qualify for a huge reduction of taxes but they did get my federal tax lien removed and got my life backk on track.

My wife and I did our homework on several tax relief companies. DTR was on the pricier side, but it was well worth it. They handled our case from beginning to end and we didn’t have to speak or meet with the IRS at all. I have already recommended them to my friend.

Well, I was scared and I felt hopeless, at first; because it took like 8 months but I was in safe hands and today I have no worries. I hired Direct Tax Relief about 6 months ago to handle some issues for my business. I was able to focus on running my business while their staff worked directly with the IRS. I was a little impatient at times but at the end I walked away very happy. I would definitely recommend their services.

All matters handled professionally and quickly. Got our tax debt down to a reasonable amount that we could afford to pay. If we ever have a tax debt again (which we won't!) I wouldn't hesitate to have them handle it! On a scale from 1 to 10 I'd give them a 10, 😄

My husband and I decided to hire Direct Tax Relief based on their A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, which was a smart move on our end. They were really knowledgeable and were very patient with us during the entire process. Our lien has been removed and now we can move on with our lives…can’t thank this company and their tax experts enough!
