You haven't delivered my goods
You haven't delivered my goods to my private parcel locker. Instead you redirected it to a post office a,$10:00 Uber ride away. And Your customer service is still insulting
I would not recommend you to my worst enemy.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed with your delivery experience.
Unfortunately, this order was addressed to an Australia Post Parcel Locker. As noted during checkout and in our shipping information, we're unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers because many of our courier services can't deliver to these addresses.
In this case, the courier redirected the parcel to your nearest Australia Post office, which is approximately 3 minutes from the delivery address provided, so it could still be collected.
We understand this wasn't as convenient as having it delivered directly, and we appreciate your feedback. If you place another order using a residential or business address, we'll be able to deliver it straight to your nominated location.

Very late shipment, lack of communication and customer service
Initially we placed the order, paid the full amount without hesitation and got the products 46 DAYS after we sent the funds.
Then, when we finally got the products we were missing two items, they’ve also decided that they were going to deduct $250 from the full amount we sent because we were not going to be able to sell one product we ordered first. They said “it was ready to ship” within 2 days but then, when we changed the product or ASIN they took almost 50 days to send it.
Now, my seller account has been deactivated and I’ve been asking them for some documentation to prove authenticity of the products and they’re not even responding my emails anymore.
I thought we were going to have a very good business relationship but it’s impossible to do so with this situation.
