Discount Florida Car Hire Avis

Just back from two weeks in Orlando and used Florida Discount car Hire for the first time. This is our fifth trip to Orlando and I would say the best with regards to Car Hire – the process was seamless and
So easy arrived at airport went to kiosk went to Alamo and we were driving out the airport in less than ten minutes !!!!! The car was massive (more like 4x4) and it had sat nav activated for free (we did book the sat nav to be posted before we left just in case that was also seamless) it was clean and we noted the few scratches with or mobiles before we left I would have no trouble in using and recommending your company to others. We also got caught up in the Thomas Cook saga and as we thought we might be delayed had to contact Andy who may I add was great and got back to me despite the 5 hour time delay with a solution. Luckily we got a flight organised by the caa and got home but a BIG thanks to Discount Florida Car Hire it was a pleasure and we will be back in touch if we are lucky enough to go back next year !!!!!!!!!!

This was our first time hiring a car and driving in the USA. Andy was extremely helpful and his step by step guides were amazing. We done the self check in with Alamo and there was no problems. We hired a SAT NAV from Andy also and it was brilliant. Would recommend Andy to anyone and we will certainly be using his service again.

We have traveled a number of times to Florida and have never used Andy before. We were recommended him by numerous others and I can see why, excellent communication, excellent service. We hired a sat nav and this came a whole week before it was required which is Gold Star service, there was no worrying that it wouldn't arrive in time.
We have booked our next car with him less than a week after returning home. We will continue to use if we get this fantastic service.

First time using Discount Florida Car Hire , fab service , booking was easy and a really good price! Done online check in again easy! Sat nav posted out in good time . Would highly recommend and will definitely use again . 5 star service

First time using Florida discount car hire. We have been to Florida the past 8years and booked through travel agents but this time was recommended Andy Stevens at Florida discount car hire through the it’s orlando time Facebook page. The process was easy and they even threw in a free sat nav (just paid £15 for postage).
We booked a full size SUV and hire was through Alamo so was able to use skip the desk and check in online before heading to Florida. Car was great and service from Andy was excellent and answered any questions we had.
Definitely use again.
Thanks Andy 👍

fab company. booked car hire, great price and sat nav, saved a fortune. easy to deal with. a pleasure. would def use them again. website had other useful info aswell
cheers james

Our experience couldn’t have been better - super easy to organise, a direct contact with the team who was always very friendly and quick to respond, excellent value for money and a great car for two weeks. Absolutely recommended!

Excellent on everything.
Made it really easy to order/pick up and return the car.
Would definitely recommend

Brilliant company- would not use anyone else for Florida car hire now.
Best price around and amended to lower price when price dropped.
Sat nav hire for £15 an absolute bargain and invaluable for our trip

Was recommended DFCH by a friend & what a great recommendation it was. Cheaper than all the car hire sites that I visited. Hassle free booking & with free Sat Nav, which was received on time week before I went Florida. Andys website is informative & full of info to keep you right. Would defo use again & again & again.

I have used Andy many times to rent cars in Florida, never had any Hassle - BUT - this year decided on a road trip to cover Chicago, Nashville, Memphis, New Orleans, and returning to UK from Atlanta Georgia. This trip spread over 3 weeks, starting from Downtown Chicago not from Airport pick-up.
Had e-mail conversation with Andy, who presented 2 options, selected Hertz as that pickup 5 minutes walk from our hotel location.
Collected car, 7 seater Dodge Caravan, choice for 4 adults, 4 large cases, hand baggage and comfort. Returned to drop-off at Atlanta International Airport, 3 weeks, 3000 miles, 7 US states later, completely hassle free.
Only point to note, nothing to do with Andy or DFCH is USA car hire companies charge for return to different state locations, worth asking Andy at start to factor this cost in, should you choose to compare cost. Even with this surcharge DFCH still significantly less than competitors initial charges.
Well done Andy/DFCH - RECOMMENDED.
Allan.

Very easy to use - no hassle at all. The comprehensive check-in instructions were great, and we were able to find our way to the car straight from the plane with no problem.
For first-timers, the sat-nav was invaluable - even though there are a few new roads that don't show up.
We'll use Discount Florida Car Hire again!!

Excellent car hire company would recommend highly would definitely use again hassle free from start to finish.

Excellent car hire company cannot recommend highly enough would definitely use again *****

Excellent service. My flight was delayed for 2 days the day before we were due to fly, phoned up and changed dates no hassle or extra charge. Highly recommend

Excellent service and rates, will definitely use DFCH again . Hired cars many times visiting Florida no one has been as good. Would definitely recommend to everyone looking to hire a car going to Florida. Sat nav service is great too, as is going straight to the garage to pick up you’re vehicle when you arrive .

Absolutely brilliant service. Nothing too much trouble, even when my flight was cancelled the night before and I had to change destination they were able to step in and change my car to a Tampa pick up, even waiving the admin charges for doing so. I'll be booking with these again in the future.

Andy couldn’t have been more helpful even when I made mistakes in my dates! The pick up and drop off were quick and easy and I will be using their services when I next visit Florida as well as recommending them to anyone who will listen!

Best car hire experience we’ve had, been 25+ times and ex owners never has it gone so smooth.
Andy is most accommodating and nothing is to much trouble well done !
