10 days since an order was placed. Status of order has not changed, and email to the company in regards to order status has gone unanswered. At this point, I'm considering g disputing the charge with my bank to see if some resolution comes of it.

We ordered custom hard hats that turned out fantastic - the design and quality exceeded expectations, and our team absolutely loves how professional they look. There was a slight delay in processing our order, but the customer service team was quick to respond. They communicated clearly, worked diligently to resolve the issue, and managed to deliver the hats to us within two days, covering the overnight fee. Their responsiveness and commitment to making things right really stood out. Overall, great product and even better customer service. We will definitely be ordering from them in the future.

The extremely well-made gloves I purchased in bulk (218 pairs) were for the victims of Hurricanes Helene and Milton in Cortez Florida - I passed them out after each hurricane to those stricken with massive cleanup and repairs. Discount Safety Gear sent them over QUICKLY...soon after Helene and before Milton so I had the chance to pass them out before Milton hit. Many thanks!!!

Great shopping site, great products at affordable prices
I have purchased from Discount Safety Gear for 10 years & always found great selection at affordable prices. I needed replacements for my Safety Girl work boots (which fit great from day one). I selected an upgraded pair but they did not fit comfortably. Marcy in customer service helped me exchange for a boot very similar to my original work boots. The exchange was easy and the new boots required no “breaking in”. Thank Marcy!
