I have issues with the filtration system they sold me. Mechanicaly it works fine but it doesn't filter the way it was sold to me. I sent them water tests and answered all their questions. After numerous calls and emails they have not gotten back to me in any way. I'm writing them off as an expensive lesson.
This website, discount-watersofteners dot com is a scam and fraud website. Please do not confuse this website url with the perfectly valid, legit, and longstanding discountwatersofteners website! The legit company's URL does not contain a hyphen after the word discount while the fraud site has the hyphen and they are in no way affiliated with each other. Now that's been cleared for accuracy, my experienced with the hyphen url website resulted in identity theft. I made a purchase there and the next day my bank sent me back to back text messages advising me of the potential of fraud. They stole my card info and next thing you know I'm being alerted to $265 at staples, my card being added to multiple Google pay accounts, and several attempts at ATM withdrawals, all of which spanned several states and now I'm fighting to get my money and my life back. Yes I am aware that I should have checked the url with any of the scam site detector organizations but hindsight is 20/20 and I will definitely be doing so from now on. Do NOT give this site your info! They will steal it and share it with their entire fraud ring! And remember, it is the url that has the hyphen (dash) after the word "discount" and before "water softeners" and is registered in florida. The site with the URL that does not have the hyphen is a perfectly valid site and is registered in Illinois if memory serves me.
But yeah, $1,400 in 26 minutes. Now as I'm thinking about it, perhaps I wouldn't be so infuriated had they used the money to buy food or pay their rent, but they bought stupid things like air pods. First off, who spends $265 for mediocre at best headphones that didn't cost any more or any less than any other pair by any other brand but for some reason complete idiots will spend $230 more for it just to feel holier than thou than everybody else when everybody else is laughing because they know you've been taken for a fool by a company that brainwashed you into believing you're better than everybody because they feed into your repressed depression and fear of reality and second, who shops at staples anymore?
Great business for purchasing water softener systems. Easy to do business with and very communicative, we received our system within a week of purchase. It was a system for our guest house. My husband easily installed, and they sent a video to support installation. Would not hesitate to recommend. The website tied to this review is for a company out of Illinois and NOT Jacksonville FL as indicated in the contact information.
This company only provides the product and support is incompetent and not knowledgeable about their own products. If you have a problem they will send a completely unrelated part and not explain what it's for. There are betters places with real support.
