Can do better
I made a booking and there were no confirmation email. I called the number provided, waited for a whike and then to be asked to leave my name and contact number. I have yet to get a call back.

The website was easy to navigate, I sent of a query of a night then received a phone call the next day.

G'day, I received a Discover QLD email 12/6/2022 for 4 nights Rolling Surf Resort Caloundra $659 for a booking around date 9/7/2022.It wasn't possible.So Ellie set about to help with alternatives which didn't quite fit the bill as the above deal.Ellie was extremely helpful during the process.Eventually i asked if 3 nights were possible which was confirmed $715 dated 13/6/2022.On reflection i'm disappointed to find ourselves in an identical room for 3 nights and missing the 4 night deal and paying $70 per night more.It was supposed to be a birthday surprise and to boost the local community and economy.
