Zeer slechte klanten dienst. Zou moeten geleverd zijn met UPS in de brievenbus maar heb helemaal niks ontvangen. Na contact en bewijzen dat er iets niet klopte word ik gewoon genegeerd. In UPS stond dat de persoon om 10:54 vertrokken was in Brussel en om 11:08 zou hij al geleverd hebben in lievegem 70 km verder. Klanten dienst van vape Europe reageert we kunnen niks doen. Ik ben 115 euro kwijt voor klanten dienst dat te lui is om
Contact op te nemen met UPS terwijl zij zelf kiezen om met deze firma te werken. Echt schandalig ik kan alleen maar meegeven hier helemaal niks te kopen mensen aub

Perfect op 2 dagen al aangekomen!

Ordered a week ago, only to receive a message that they are moving warehouses and I will receive tracking soon. At least they answered my email. Will update if I actually receive anything.

Tried to order but noticed by sellers account and support page that it's a scam. Wouldn't recommend to get attracted to this website.

These are not scammers. You can place your order here and not worry. They answer emails. ;)

SCAM.

These guys take payment, reply to one email to say it's being processed and do not reply after. 70 euro down the drain. Also too late to claim back money on the bank.

Very nervous about this site, I tried to pay my order with my card and it declined (I have balance) I then tried a second time with a different card from a differant bank, the same happend, no reply from their "customer service" im worried they have taken my card data, BE CAREFUL

Total scam.. Do not reply at All and havent seen my parcel yet! They Will be reported to the police !

First off I only purchased two items as a test so n o big investment unlike the other reviewer. Both were identified for a tracking number that showed them arriving in Miami but i live in europe. I got the package in about 10 days later after trying to contact them by email and their Contact Form - no response. The tracking number of the package was completely different than the one they emailed me. One item failed after about the half the expected tome but I wasn't measuring that. The other wouldn't even work and I tried to contact them to claim warranty - no response and no phone number either. Strange that they deliver at least something but fail to support it. They are a poor supplier.

This company is scam. Website claims EU delivery takes 3 to 10 days (or even 3 to 7), I placed the order on July 25, 10 days passed and no parcel in sight. Order status is still 'processing' and no reply to two emails that I sent. Good bye my precious €78.30. Even if order arrives later, I won't be able to get it as I'm leaving Latvia for the UK in couple of days.
Oh and even their company number seems fake, gov.uk says company's 12765974 nature of business is Data processing, hosting and related activities and Web portals, not retail
