Chemicals in there beard dye, very bad reaction for something that’s supposed to be all natural, no ingredients on the label or packaging

I wish I read the other reviews before purchasing. I ordered a glucose monitor and signed up to a monthly subscription. The first arrived in March with no issues. April’s arrived but did not work and I have been charged for May’s but it had not arrived. I have emailed multiple times and have received absolutely nothing back. No idea how I can get my money back (£85 lost). I have cancelled the subscription and will continue to email but please please please do not order from this website. It is a massive scam.

I recently purchased three items from this seller, but only one was delivered initially. I did get a bit worried after reading some mixed reviews, but once I managed to get in touch with customer service, the issue was resolved. The missing items were refunded, which I really appreciated. While I was disappointed that the items didn’t arrive as expected, I believe with a little improvement in communication, this could easily be a five-star experience. Overall, the situation was handled professionally, and I’m glad the refund was processed.

No sign of my delivery, no reply on the message, no answer on the mobile number, no reply to the email and a half hearted effort on WhatsApp just asking what my order number was and then nothing since. I told them I needed it urgently, nothing. They claim 2-5 days for the £3 delivery charge and I ordered the item 7 days ago. Total time wasters.

This company is Dista-Carts, They are abysmal.
I ordered Blood Glucose sensor from this bunch and had to remind them twice that it had not arrived.
I had no response from them but a sensor arrived out of the blue very late and several days later.
The item was defective and I have tried emailing them on several occasions for a refund or replacement.
No answers.
I do not recommend using them at all and to avoid them and use a more reliable company.

I contacted Dista cart on several occasions on their customer support. As soon as I ordered my goods and they took £50 from my credit card. I noticed my house number was missing of the delivery address but it was on the billing address. I couldn't amend my account. So I emailed them immediately. Which is what they said to do. I've heard nothing. I've reached out to them so many times over the last two weeks and had nothing back. No goods, no emails and £50 down. We will not use again. Really upset me. Customer service is very poor. Or should I say not worth the paper it's written on

I have ordered something from this website. I thought it was a scam but after few days later got the product. They're not swift with sending tracking and delivery info which might frustrate people like me.

I ordered some stuff from these people. Never got any confirmation email or tracking number. This business is a scam. Don't order anything from these scammers .
