MAJOR SCAM
MAJOR SCAM. I would give this a 0 if I could. I ordered a hoodie 2 MONTHS AGO. SILENCE. Literally no updates. I tried contacting the support (both email and Discord), and they are useless. All they said was no refunds. Please don't buy from here unless you want your money stolen :))

The shipment went wrong, they say I've provided wrong address info's (it wasn't because I've double checked) then they said I had to pay for a new shipping label if I wanted to try a new shipment, I did it, and then, after they said "we will forward this to our shipping team" I didn't receive a thing, after about 2 months, and about 5 e-mails they still don't respond. Don't buy from them.

If I could give it a zero I would. Ive placed 3 orders with this company and have provided my correct address each time. I have received not one order. All tracking numbers say my address is undeliverable and only has the city and state on the label. Customer service says I need to purchase a new label to have it reshipped. At this point I feel like they have stolen my money and refuse to provide the items I have purchased. Don’t waste your money unless you just want to donate and hope you actually get something. They are definitely up to something unethical.
Extremely Disappointing Experience
It's been over a month since I placed my order, and I still haven't received it. I reached out to customer service 14 days ago, and they haven't even bothered to reply. At this point, I have no idea if their support even exists or if they just ignore customers.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. If you're thinking about ordering from them, don't waste your time or money. Definitely not recommended.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a hoodie for my son for Christmas which has still not arrived. I contacted ditch who told me to take it up with UPS . UPS advised only Ditch could make a claim and it was their responsibility.
Ditch totally refusing to engage and refund despite it being their responsibility.

Spent $300, waited 10 weeks, received nothing
I have spent well over $1,000 with this brand. Loved it for a long time, but this time might have changed my mind. I bought $300 worth of items for their Black Friday release as clothes for my winter trip in December, and it was delay after delay in shipping. Now it has been 10 weeks, I don't even need these clothes anymore, and they refuse to give me a refund. Still don't have them, by the way.
They are by law, required to offer refunds to all customers affected by a delay. Of course, when I mentioned it, they don't care at all. Their customer service is probably what made this the most frustrating experience. Their agents just say the same copy and paste responses over and over again with no desire to solve any issues.
Anyway, just in general really disappointed with their customer care, especially when I've been such a big fan until now. I will probably buy another one of their future drops, hopefully they don't give me any more issues.
Please see this as a sign to fix your customer service. You have an almost perfect brand, this is the only weak point I can think about.

In the future I will pass on this company. I ordered my son’s Christmas present through them on November 26th. It arrived on January 15th. When we opened the order it was the wrong sweater. I would normally reach out to the company but when I reached out about the shipping delay they replied it takes 1-5 weeks; yet it had been over 5 weeks. It’s a bummer to want to support individual sellers but they are able to only provide half decent service.
Beware of Return/Exchange/Refund Policy
Ordered a hoodie for my son for Christmas in November. I didn't open the package immediately as I knew who it was from and who it was for. My wife later wrapped the item for Christmas. My son opened the package on Christmas day but didn't try it on. He had received a lot of clothes so it was just set aside. Since we live in Florida, it was not needed immediately but the weather changed. When he went to put it on, he discovered about a 6 inch tear in the material near the pocket. It was a clean tear with as if it was cut with something extremly sharp. I reached to customer service and was told it was beyond the 14 day return policy. The hoodie is a high quality product overall. I just think the manufacturer made it with a defective piece of material and it slipped by quality control. I won't buy from them again though.

Horrible rude customer service, wouldn’t give me a refund citing “final sale” even though my order hadn’t even processed yet. They took weeks to ship and were extremely sassy in our emails. I hate them now

I ordered from them on the 24th of November, hoping that the package would arrive before Christmas, of course it didn't happen. They guarantee shipping in a range of 1-5 weeks, my package arrived at home on January 13th, a full 50 days after I ordered it!!!
And the story didn't end there, because once it arrived I had to pay a customs fee equivalent to a third of the cost of my order (66€ on a 195€ order) of which no one, neither on the site nor in their support chats, warned me that I would have to pay.
PLEASE JUST DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Awful experience. Customer service is diabolical. I waited over the 5 weeks promised for my order to be shipped. Once they shipped it after waiting so long I was only then told an item in my order was cancelled due to lack of stock management. So it was sold out and they made me wait until it was. I then sent an email asking why after waiting so long they cancelled it. I received no response after a week so, I sent a follow up. To then still be ignored another 2 weeks after my follow up email. I know they are ignoring it because I sent an email asking when it would be shipped which was answered immediately. They are all fine to accommodate to good things, but as soon as it’s bad you just get completely ignored. Don’t recommend at all. Terrible customer service they could not care less about you as a buyer. Items are pretty awful too the tshirt looks as though makeup has been worn around it.

Not customer friendly
Rigid policies are not customer-friendly. Personally, clothing seems overpriced to begin with-- and at such high price points, this company should be more customer-friendly. Despite offering to pay all shipping costs to exchange a same-same item in a different color, I was refused any discussion or compromise to exchange an overpriced hoodie for my daughter. I will spend my top dollar somewhere else that appreciates my business more.

buyer beware this company charges top dollar for shipping and then can’t give you a ship date tells you anywhere from one to five weeks. I’m in week four ruining my Christmas and will not refund my money. Can you imagine?

Ordered from this website over two months ago have not received the product. Keep getting emails saying we are overworked and working on orders. I asked for a refund being that it was for Christmas for my son and they told me all sales are final but yet I’ve failed to receive what I’ve ordered.

They think it's acceptable to take over 5 weeks to ship items purchased during a black Friday sale that were clearly meant to be a Christmas gift. Unapologetic about it. They need to lock in.
