It took them at least 3 weeks to send me a verification email of the shipping, and it happened only when I contacted them. When I received the order, the phone case was nothing like the picture. The color of the printing was off, and it was very cheap plastic. It was the worst phone case I've bought online.
Product was a different color than what I ordered. On their customer service page they state that they don't offer refunds, which is a red flag in itself. Avoid!
This company is a scam, very flimsy phone case and it doesn't even fit in my iPhone 15. I have emailed them over 10 times and I keep getting the same response- clearly AI. continuously asking for images and once provided nil help was given and nil response. WOULD NOT BUY
Wow what a scam. I bought a leather iPhone case for 25 € and received a plastic one worth maybe two, and it took them one month to deliver it.
I should have looked at the reviews before buying.
Terrible - have used them once before with no problems but nightmare this time. I ordered the exact same phone case (which had chipped). I received a phone case that was clearly a cheap knock off and looked really bad. I sent seven emails, eventually receiving an automated AI response that my item had been delivered. They refuse to reply to me. Really bad service!!
I ordered the Starry Gradients Shockproof 2 iPhone Case and upon the reviews people said that shipping would take awhile. So I waited for nearly 2 weeks. Then, I decided to send the first email them for information on my order, and finally after that I emailed them 2 more times requesting a refund. They have not sent me one response. This website is completely untrustworthy and their customer service is unreliable.
ITS NOT A SCAM!!!! its from china so it takes a long time to arrive but i got my product and it’s cute and im happy!!!
total scam, they just copy pics from amazon and price it lower then it never shows up
Scam. Made an order in June, now it’s August and still there is no any updates. Don’t answer emails or messages on Instagram.
This is a scam. They don’t accept cancellations or returns even if you ask seconds after placing an order. They do a gimmick where they offer whatever you just bought for 33% off and if you click “yes” to view it in check out, it automatically places a new order and charges you. And no, they will not cancel it. Will never but again
Absolutely terrible. Case arrived fairly quickly but is absolutely unable to be used. There’s instructions saying to pull it apart to get on phone but despite following all instructions and getting someone else’s help to get it apart, it’s firmly stuck together and clearly faulty. Have now been going back and forth with the terrible customer service to get a refund or a replacement sent out that works, and they keep either ignoring my emails or saying they don’t offer refunds for ‘change of mind’ only for ‘faulty products’ I keep explaining that it IS a faulty product and NOT a change of mind but they are not listening and completely refusing any alternatives or help. Super frustrated as I spent over $40 on it, expecting it to work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Terrible experience.
Delivery took over a month then the phone case broke within a week of it arriving. I contacted customer service and have heard nothing back after chasing 3 times. Would not recommend.
Ships from China and takes forever to receive the item - overpriced could have bought from aliexpress a lot less and took same amount of time to arrive!
