Fantastic value for money
Wow just wow, the bed arrived today, fantastic contact from the delivery company at all points so I knew when they were coming, on delivery they took it straight inside the nominated & I unpacked it all I have to say I was stunned
WHAT FANTASTIC VALUE FOR MONEY, the bed itself is stunning and so much more than I expected it to be and the mattress appears comfortable although this is a bed for a spare room but well worth it. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR SURE, one very very HAPPY customer

My son brought me a bed in November. It arrived without 2 wheels and no brackets for the divan or fixings for headboard. Normally I would have returned it straight away but my mum was in hospital with brain cancer and we lost her in December. It was January before I contacted them they said I should have contacted them before. The divan has now fallen apart and the matress is useless. They tell me they dont offer any guarantee on their divanbeds.avoid at all costs I'm now buying a new bed from dreams who offer a guarantee on all beds

Bought a Fiona diamante divan bed from them. Footboard was damaged.No issues with replacement . Rapid response with damaged footboard and replacement provided promptly and courteously. High quality bed for price. Great communication. Great service.

Purchased a king size bed with mattress and headboard. Have to say I was so surprised by the quality of the items I wasn't expecting it to be so good, not for the price I paid, lol! Delivery was made promptly AND on the day it was promised - no messing about there! I can honestly say my experience with them was great and I would highly recommend them if your in the market for a new bed

Great quality Divan Bed and Matress at 25% less than buying from high street retailers. Did have an issue with the first delivery. The Delivery Driver was unlucky to have had an accident.( sometimes these things happen) However I was notified straight away by Tyler in their resolutions team to apologise for the inconvenience this caused. The Customer service I received from Tyler was excellent and he quickly rearranged my delivery to a specific date of my choice. Everything was communicated to me at every step.On the day of delivery. I received a text with a delivery time slot window of 3 hours. The Delivery Driver who was excellent also rang 20 mins before arrival. Great service from start to finish

This was such an enjoyable experience. The staff were so polite and helpful despite my very demanding delivery requirements. To top it all the mattress I bought is superb and at such a great price. Cheapest I could find. Thank you for everything. Regards Ken D'Souza

Absolutely amazing value for money divan set! The mattress is great quality for price - most cheaper beds seem to come with awful rolled memory foam mattresses - this one is deep and firm! The 4FT6 divan set I ordered came in 2 parts so it was very easy to take up the stairs, which is good because it wouldn’t have fit otherwise!

Delivery was originally given approximately six working days but it arrived after just four, thumbs up from me here, cant complain! They also emailed me all the updates as they were happening, one for my order being processed and accepted and another to say my bed has been dispatched and thats when I got my delivery date. 

I got a text message in the morning of the delivery to give me a time slot, which they kept and I made sure I was home at that time. So didn't need to take a whole day off of work for it either. Lovely delivery drivers too!

Also, for anyone else struggling with how to use the clips (the instructions are on the product page) we slid them under the black material to connect the two halves together and that seems to have done the job! I have purchased another divan set for my daughter and son to replace their old beds. The drawers are really useful for clothes and helps keep the room tidy, which is a welcome change!!

Awful - absolutely awful service. They said that my bed would be delivered friday (5 working days after a ordered it) so i took the day off work to be in. No one showed up. I then contacted them to see what the problem was and they said they hadnt received any non-delivery notice from the courier. They are still 5 days later trying to verify with the courier whether they have delivered it or not, even though I have explained to them multiple times that nothing has been delivered.

Their latest excuse is that the bed was delivered but the mattress wasnt. I explained to them again that NOTHING has been delivered.

Their customer service lines have been down for a week and so no one can speak to me on the phone, and instead it has been an email war. Then i spoke to their live chat guys and they were exceptionally rude and cut me off when they said the next delivery would be at least 2 weeks later (me and my pregnant wife are sleeping on the floor) IF i was telling the truth!!! Needless to say I asked them if they were joking and they cut me off (no swear words involved).

I would never ever use this company ever again.

Like most people I scrolled through different websites for hours and hours looking for the perfect bed. All the reviews seemed to be undecided and very mixed.. except for this website which had perfect prices and also images on some of the reviews which helped me decide a lot. I was very sceptical looking at the price, I thought there must be something wrong with it. However I bought the bed, when it arrived I expected it to be flat pack but only the headboard was (which I was relieved about, I ordered the divan set). Lugging the super king bed sections up the stairs I realised why it comes in 2 parts but very easy to attach them together using the divan clips provided. The drawers for the base are also pretty big which was a big plus!
The headboard was an odd thing to assemble, its two pieces of wood (headboard struts) that slot into two metal bolts at the bottom of the bed. It took us awhile to work out what to do with them! The beds instructions are available on the webpage which helped us figure this out! Once it was assembled I was very impressed, the mattress was the biggest shock! It was very comfortable and clean. The bed has become my pride and joy, it's amazing to sleep in and very very big! I love it!
However one of the drawers was a bit loose, I emailed divans and they dispatched another drawer which arrived later that week. When it arrived it was perfect was an easy swap. 

I would definitely recommend divan beds to my friends and family, the divan set is perfect, comfortable and beautiful. Especially, for the price though you can't really compete with this bed!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!
We have just purchased a Lance Divan bed and mattress from this company. We paid extra for the "better quality" mattress but it is absolute rubbish. It is so soft it offers no support, if you lie on it you sink into it and the edges actually flatten when you get up. The mattress was bought for my 12 year old, he is around 8 stone so it's not as if it can't take his weight!! On receipt of the bed I emailed Divan Beds to explain we must have received the wrong mattress, I think they have sent the cheaper one. They said not and asked for photo evidence the mattress is faulty. I have sent them many photos but they deny the mattress is not fit for purpose and keep saying we shouldn't sit on the edge on the bed. This appears to be their standard response having read other reviews. After many emails back and forth they refuse to refund or replace the mattress, they state it is from their budget range!! My honest opinion is that we have been conned by this company into buying a diabolical mattress that we will have to throw away and replace. I also find it rather suspicious their phone lines are constantly being maintained so no-one can reach them phone, email only. I'm writing this review to warn others to steer clear of them rather than suffer the same experience.

My bed arrived today and I am very happy with it. My son loves the bed and mattress and I bought it at bargain price, really cannot complain. Delivery guys even carried it in which was a big plus for us. I'm looking for a mattress for myself now so will definitely be purchasing again!

Bought a mattress that was of poor quality from the start the side of the mattress collapsed. I reported it and was told it was my fault for sitting on the edge of the mattress for which I never did. I was asked to send photos which I did and then was told I did not read the instructions that state don’t sit on the edge. The point was I never sat on the edge. The customer service has been poor and they replied not even to me to someone called Mark and just stated that I had invalidated the warranty by sitting on the mattress. You pay for what you get save yourself the grief and pay the extra money from a recognised company not this company who have also threatened legal action against me.

I was always a bit sceptical about buying a bed on-line but I'm so glad I did because this bed is excellent quality,

Looks fabulous and was so easy to assemble (took me under 30 mins on my own).

But it doesn’t only look good it’s very comfortable, exactly what I was looking for and provides a great nights sleep.

I had a few questions before placing my order and all my emails were responded to quickly and efficiently, very friendly staff that did not pressure me into buying something I didn’t want.

I had contacted another bed company and they were very rude and unhelpful. I had some questions about the shade of a specific colour fabric and they were unsure themselves!

However when I had contacted divan-beds.co.uk they were super helpful, explaining the colour I was after and the exact shade of it.

This was important for me as the bed is the feature of my bedroom. I had decorated my bedroom beforehand so the colours of the walls etc would need to match the bed exactly.

The Grey Suede colour was exactly what I was after and now that it’s delivered and in my bedroom it really completes the room!

I would definitely use this company again and the delivery driver was so pleasant and helpful.

Overall great experience purchasing my Divan and Mattress and have recommended you to friends and family who were interested after seeing mine.

I was uneasy plucking an unheard of company off the website to buy my bed but went ahead. I bought a Benjamin 2500 pocket sprung divan bed and mattress and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. The mattress is so very comfortable and the divan base looks great in my room. I opted for the chrome feet as I didn't want castors but they look really lovely. I was impressed with the customer service. They kept in touch constantly to update my order and as I had two changes to make, they dealt with them promptly by return of mail.
This bed was not a lot of money and I think for the price, I got more than I expected. I sleep like a log. Brilliant.
I would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered 2 x 3 ft single beds which were delivered on the date I had discussed with the company well in advance. Unfortunately I had measured incorrectly and could not get the beds up 2 flights of stairs. I contacted Jessica in Customer Care and explained that I needed a solution urgently. She could not have been more helpful in arranging for 2 sets of split divans to be built and delivered 4 days later with the 2 original sets collected at the same time, all at a cost I thought to be very reasonable. Emails were answered promptly and in a professional yet friendly way. Very happy with the level of service I received from this company and Jessica in particular.ss

I purchased the Kamara Winged Luxury Fabric bed for myself after seeing a YouTuber had a similar looking one in her room. I looked everywhere for a similar kind and found Divan-beds on google. The whole process was easy and delivery came in the expected time frame. I highly recommend divan-beds for affordable stylish beds!

This is not an honest,decent or reputable company. I ordered a divan bed set with free headboard and full foam air cooled mattress ( no springs). What i eventually received late was a cheap looking divan base with staples sticking out that had to be knocked in, a headboard that would not fit any bed because the holes were drilled in the wrong place and a cheap pocket sprung mattress. After several e-mails back and forth assuring me the correct mattress was being sent I received the expected e-mail saying the correct mattress was out of stock and no longer being sold. Quite how you can process an order for a non existent mattress I do not know. More damning though was the website was changed overnight to remove the full foam mattress. After three attempts to have the whole lot returned at their expense with a full refund they warned I could have to pay repackaging costs if not sent back packaged as delivered. I decided to cancel the collection and just keep the bed, which has proved a bad decision as it is horribly uncomfortable. Have now given to my granddaughter as it is more suitable for her. As said at the beginning, not honest, decent or reputable. AVOID.

Amazing bed!! Bought the Fiona bed and Henry divan for my new home and its better than expected considering the cheap price. Better than the picture and amazing quality. Easy to put together to. Very happy

Well, the divan I bought was cheap so I didn't expect quality but it was ok. However, they sold the mattress as "luxury". NOT.
When I contacted the company about this, the customer service was downright rude & unhelpful & basically told me I was an idiot for not reading the description. Both the description AND the photo bore no resemblance to the actual goods.
They actually CUT ME OFF the web chat with "goodbye & have a nice day" when I was in the middle of replying to them !!
I know you "get what you pay for" but they could at least be polite when they tell you to get lost & stop bothering them!
I cannot recommend this company & wouldn't use them again.
