Over the past two weeks on the course, I’ve gained a real insight into the fitness industry and what it takes to become a Personal Trainer.

The training, guidance, and ongoing support from the Diverse Trainers team have been outstanding. Every member of staff—both in the office and in the gym—has played a part in helping me achieve my goals.

A special mention goes to Tom and Emma, whose support, teaching, and coaching have been exceptional. Their dedication and encouragement have made a huge difference to my journey, and it’s thanks to them that I’ve successfully achieved my goal of becoming a qualified Personal Trainer.

Diverse trainers were absolutely amazing in helping me to gain my level 2 and level 3 personal trainer certificate. Always there to help if needed and marked all my course work very promptly. Charisse was amazing all through and a real help. On my final practical course weekend again Charisse was really helpful and put us all at ease. I could not recommend this company enough, so thankful to them all.

Currently doing my Level 2 Gym instructing and Level 3 Personal training qualification with diverse trainers. We are being taught by Tom, who’s providing us with so much information and understanding. Great course and I’m learning a lot.

Emma is also amazing and made me feel so confident for my final assessment.

Great experience with Diverse Trainers. I completed my Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer Diploma course, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The course content was clear, well-structured, and actually useful in real-world situations, not just theory. Tutors were supportive and responsive whenever I needed help. Overall, a solid choice if you’re serious about getting qualified and confident as a PT.

I have just recently qualified for Level Two Gym. Upon receiving the certificate this morning, I felt so happy and proud! (I even danced around the home) To Diverse Trainers, Thank you so much!

The Support Team have been so helpful responding to emails and providing the documentation, even when the system had the odd day errors. I will admit, I struggled with the multiple choice theory paper but the team were supportive and encourage me to do my best!

The feedback from the Tutor via the portal is a great reminder on what needs to be achieved and improve on to answer the coursework question units.

I recommend the online distance learning for anyone who is looking to achieve Level Two Gym: affordable, learn at your own pace and the team being accommodating!

I am currently looking at other courses, still deciding but most likely be leaning into the Pilates and hope to achieve greater heights!

Absolutely loved doing my Pilates qualification, the platform is easy to navigate and the tutors was great, Kate really supported me when I was struggling. Loved the Weekend assessment too. Would definitely recommend

I wouldn’t use them again . I have done the mat and reformer course online and found it hard to navigate , confusing as to what is needed and other students tell me they didn’t have to complete things I have had to as part of assessment . I have compared the online to my friend who is using a different company and hers was much better , much more support on hand and even though the course was also online it was more personal and more 121 time . I thought it was because I was on my phone as my laptop has broken but my friends course was also done on a phone !! I’ve infant signed up to the other company now . I feel quite miffed that I have spent so much money . Things have not been on my portal that should be and I am not the only one , so it’s a constant waiting game to actually complete the course .
People who are not tutors often take the support calls if tutor is unavailable which is another waste of my time . And I wish I had used my money elsewhere

I was told by Emma I could use the course qualification anywhere as I live in Germany and was forced into doing two types of courses (level 2 circuits as I NEEDED this to do thE CIRCUIT course in order to complete the Pilates level 3 course)…which I found out is another thing untrue. The advertisement said you could complete training in 2 weeks this is definitely not the case it’s taken me nearly 1.5 years! Now I’m planning on setting up everything post course finish and just now found out the qualification doesn’t work outside the UK. This was one of my very first questions as I live abroad and have lived abroad for 7 years. Very disappointed, time wasted and money!

I completed the Level 3 Mat Pilates course in December.

The course itself was very good and really thorough.

It was easy to work through and I felt confident enough to teach Pilates.

I felt some of the course was surplus to my requirements, such as a large section on working in a gym, which seemed aimed more at personal trainers.

The videos are also really useful, and the teaching quality is very good.

However, the system is quite glitchy, and I experienced various problems with it.

Several times, I couldn't move forward at certain points and parts were locked that should not have been.

Other parts were unclear, such as the mechanics of uploading videos for my exams.

This is where Diverse Trainers massively falls down.

Their communication is really poor.

You must send queries via chat and it can take days and a lot of chasing to get a response.

I emailed a few times and received generic, unhelpful responses which required follow-up, causing a long delay.

I ended up speaking to someone on the phone, which sped things up a little, but their tone made it apparent they didn't appreciate the call.

It took four months to get my certificate - even though I paid for it.

The course content is good but the communication is bad; I wouldn't take another course with the company because of this.

It got the job done

Our tutor was amazing Andy Cowling, made it enjoyable and was always there to help and guide us. I would highly recommend doing the 2 week fast track course for Personal Training with Diverse

Great experience, lots of support and questions answered anytime, straight forward platform to learn from and Exams/Coursework marked efficiently once completed. Special shout out to Charisse who was particularly fantastic in her support!

I have just passed my level 2 & 3 through Diverse trainers and I can not emphasize how happy I have been with every bit of the course. I would firstly like to thank my tutor Charisse, she helped me so much when I was stuck on something, I can't thank her enough for her help, guidance and reassurance, she is an asset to the company for sure!

The course was well detailed and easy to follow and tailors to all learning types. Being someone who has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years I still learnt so much and took a lot away to help me in the future.

If I choose to do any course's in the future it will be with Diverse trainers.

The fast track Levels 2&3 package was fantastic. Gets you qualified very quickly (within 2 weeks in person) all members of staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole duration of the 10 days. Not to mention the amount of practical work experience advice that you get given for personal training as well which you just simply would not get on the online learning. Overall I had a very enjoyable 2 weeks at diverse, and would highly recommend to someone wanting to work in the fitness industry asap.

I was sceptical at first with completing an online course as I always felt being in a classroom setting would be better. But i would definetly do an online course again

I was able to work at my own pace, and anytime I need support making a phone call put me straight through to someone and they was happy to help and answer all my questions. Or sending an email.

The online platform is easy to navigation and the rest was self explanitory

I Would definetly recommend Diverse Training to others
