Avoid at all costs - slimy billing practices
Useless service that just takes the paperwork publicly available and has you fill it out. There's very little this actually does other then breaks it down into obvious steps. They also pitch the fees as "$69" and then you don't realise it's a monthly subscription unless you read the email. And, somehow, it turns out to be $99.

If I could give zero stars I would. There is hidden fees and they charge you more then they should. They are scammers stay away from this website. Believe the low ratings and they will get on here and try to say things but I have proof of them being scammers.

Helps Navigate a Legal Labyrinth
I got through most of the process fairly seamlessly, until I got to the filing stage. At this point, the system says it is "preparing invoice" (you'd think they would do this fast so they could take more of your money, but alas). It has said this for about a week now. I have contacted their customer "service" multiple times over the last week, and have not been responded to once. If I do not receive any reply to my numerous requests for service soon, I will have no choice but to reverse the charges with my bank and take my business elsewhere. Beyond frustrating.

Upon writing the above review, I was contacted by their service team and actually received helpful and timely service through to the end of my divorce. I'm subtracting a star for the delays stated above, but beyond that, they did provide service that I believe warrants a recommendation.

Scam, scam, scam, scam.
This is a slick website that pretends to walk you through all the steps to fill out the forms necessary to go through a divorce in your state or province. They also will upsell you a "Check by Divorce Case Manager". This will never happen, and all requests for help are met by polite bots. In filling out the forms, nothing is really automated, so you end up entering your name and address about 20 times. And the final printouts are so fuzzy they look like a photograph of a photocopy.
