Had cavity wall and loft installation through the Gbis scheme. Had great customer service from the after care department. Alicia was a great assistance with the guarantee: and warranty’s. Would highly recommend! The loft installer Jake was very professional and knowledgeable and professional during the install and reassured me throughout the process and i would highly recommend DJB installs to anyone who intends to have the gbis scheme in the future.

Fantastic company from start to finish. Excellent customer service and after care. They installed heat pump, internal wall insulation and solar panels. Local company based in Doncaster was handy to have these on the doorstep. I am so glad I ignored some of the reviews as my experience was excellent.

I wish there was a minus rating they deserve a negative [-] rating.

Have been unable to speak to a member of staff in over 4 weeks leaving myself and partner who is unwell without heat. Customer service not great very disappointing as up till now including the installation the engineers where outstanding. Really need to look into there aftercare procedure very substandard

I had a very tricky situation with a "company" they had dealt with, I had to contact more than once, as the "company" was proving to be very difficult, this went on a long time, nothing was a bother with DJB installs, they listened,understood, & gave me good advice ,every time, fully supporting my situation. All sorted to my satisfaction , in appreciation & a Great Big Thankyou.. x

I was concerned about using DJB because of the negative reviews I’d read but I’m so pleased I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt!
Clearly the negativity was unjustified and probably just a disgruntled customer because the work carried out was done with military precision!
Amazing work, very professional and attentive staff and apart from a faulty thermostat, which was exchanged 2 days later, everything went like a dream.
I highly recommend DJB Installs.

Under no circumstances let this business in your home, there a liability, unprofessional, unreliable, untrained, rude, and have no respect for your home.

I am writing this to say a big thank you to all the staff at DJB Installs Ltd they have done a fantastic job on my first home.
I contacted DJB about their services as this house needed fully renovating. Dave from the company came out and conducted a full survey on my home and he informed me that I might be entitled to a government grant as the house had no hot water or central heating. They helped through the entire process and made it very stress free. DJB started working on my house in July 2023 and they installed a brand-new heat source air pump, water tank, radiators plus full external insulation and solar panels. The staff were lovely throughout the renovation and always cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends. A massive thank you again to everyone involved my house is now finally a home that I can be proud of.

From start to finish a truly professional company. Nothing was to much trouble and any quires or problems were sorted out immediately. The fitters were efficient, professional and friendly and the whole solar system was fitted in two days.
Also, communication was first class with the company and this was due to a very efficient Office manager (Emma) who again sorted out any problems in a very professional & friendly manner.
Overall would highly recommend DJB Installs Ltd
