I am writing to formally complain about the extremely unstable and unreliable service provided by delver.it.

Your platform advertises delivery/posting times of a maximum of five minutes (what I pay for), yet in reality the service takes anywhere from two minutes to over an hour. This level of inconsistency makes the service unreliable and unsuitable for professional use.

I have been a paying customer for several years and previously received proper assistance whenever technical issues occurred. Unfortunately, customer support has now apparently been replaced by AI-based systems that do not function properly and fail to resolve even basic problems.

At this point, the service feels like a complete rip-off and is no longer worth paying for. It is deeply disappointing to see such poor reliability and nonexistent customer support from a company operating in the IT industry.

I expect a serious response regarding these ongoing issues, including an explanation for the declining service quality and how you intend to resolve it.

Renewed yearly subscription with ZERO notice! Garbage, no problem auto charging you @ss but god forbid give you a heads up. They can DIE

Social networks disconnect all the time and the automatizations don't work. I left it several days to show them their service wasn't working but my client insisted in posting content (my client is paying me for this, of course) and when I posted manually, then they took my manual post as a proof that the automatizations were working. Zero investigation, zero tech support.

I asked them to give me a full refund and they told me they were going to give a pro-rated refund but I'm still waiting for it after 5 days.

This is completely different of the quality of their development 1 year ago. Everything was working fine, price was right and we could trust them. We were happy with what we paid for, but then the disconnections, then the errors, then the limitations and finally no honoring refund.

Update: I haven't received my refund yet after 6 days. I checked the account and they kept almost 90$ in credit and they want to refund me 29$ .

Venho por meio desta comunicar uma transação não autorizada em minha conta, datada de 11.02.2024, no valor de $14,99, com o número do pedido 445809. Após contato com meu banco, fui orientado a solicitar o cancelamento dessa compra e o reembolso do valor debitado.

Solicito, portanto, que efetuem o cancelamento imediato dessa transação e realizem o reembolso do valor mencionado para minha conta.

Agradeço antecipadamente pela pronta resolução deste problema e pela atenção dispensada à minha solicitação.

Dlvrit has very poor customer support and can't be trusted. I signed up for their trial to test their service and discovered that features such as the Tumblr posts don't even post clickable links. All it does at most is post an image. I sent in a ticket concerning this matter to their "customer service" department and they didn't even bother to reply and it's been more than 5 days on a high-priority ticket. And I know that they got it because it's been sitting right there abondoned in their ticketing system. Needless to say, after experiencing their poor customer service, I canceled my trial before they could grab my $99 and I'll never trust any company like this that's for sure. In fact, I think they were just waiting in the wings hoping that I would be foolish enough to stick around on their 7-day trial so their sorry A service could collect my money! Untrustworthy fools! That's what they are. So when you hear the word Dlvrit, then I'd advise you to run the other way - fast! - because they DON'T deliver!
