When my daughter lost her school pass…
When my daughter lost her school pass she could still get on the bus. When I called DM Motors dealt with it straight away and answered straight away to sort it out. Top customer service.

Fantastic communication
Kept up to date with all information. My son left his school back on the bus, communicating was easy back was place back on the bus for him to collect in the morning.
I know my son is safe when on the school bus which is comforting

I can't say enough good things about…
I can't say enough good things about this company.
My son's school bus is operated by DM, and it's always punctual, drivers are friendly and professional and communication is exceptional. The bus can be tracked to see where it is on its journey, and I receive a notification when he's boarded the bus, which gives great peace of mind.
After a really terrible experience with the previous school bus provider, David and his team have been such a breath of fresh air. They really go above and beyond to provide an excellent and reliable service.
Cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you David, Lloyd and all the team for such an excellent service.

Really happy with the bus service to our sons' school. The buses are on time and the communication with parents/carers is excellent. After a poor experience with our previous provider, DM Motors have been a breath of fresh air. Tracking/updates work efficiently. Overall, a very professionally run service.

School transport bus service…
This bus company provide my child’s school transport and have been great. They have a closed WhatsApp group to keep parents posted on any traffic or breakdown issues. We’ve been very happy with the reliability of the service

The company is amazing
The company is amazing. We went to them when the existing company was appalling and they have been nothing short of amazing ever since. Friendly, reliable, excellence approach to safeguarding and see it as a genuine honour and privilege to serve the local community and get then students safely to school. Absolutely first class, cannot recommend them highly enough!

Amazing bus company
Amazing bus company. My children get the school bus with them and there has been no problems at all. After having such a bad experience with the previous provider, this is such a relief!
Communication with parents is excellent and nothing is too much trouble for David.
Would highly recommend.

Reliable and helpful
My daughters use a DM motor services school service and it is very reliable. Following major problems with the previous service David and his company are a breath of fresh air - helpful, great at communicating and the drivers are very friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

The most helpful bus company I know!
This company is the most helpful bus company I have ever dealt with. Having left my phone on a bus, nothing was too much trouble for them to search and find my phone and get it back to me. Top class service and David was so helpful and kind.

Amazing service
We are a university dance team and have used DM Motor Services throughout our recent competition season, and they have been amazing!
All services have been efficient, reliable, making travel a lot less stressful during our busy schedule.
Special shoutout to Luke and Lloyd, who were friendly, professional and always ready to help! They always made journeys smooth even with early starts and tight turnarounds!
We look forward to using their service again in the future!

Rugby Final
DM motor services provided two fantastic coaches to take my son’s rugby team and supporters to a cup final.
I cannot speak highly enough of them from the organisation through to the delivery everything was spot on. The coaches made a special day even better for the boys. Thank you
