We recently had a DNA test carried out for our foster child , and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Suzie was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was friendly, professional and incredibly efficient, making the whole process quick and stress-free. Most importantly, she was wonderful with our foster child. Her calm, gentle and child-friendly approach immediately put them at ease, and she took the time to engage with them in such a warm and reassuring way.
It was clear that Suzie is highly experienced and genuinely cares about the families she works with. She made what could have been an intimidating experience feel relaxed and comfortable for everyone involved.
Thank you, Suzie, for your kindness, professionalism and outstanding service. You are a real credit to your organisation, and we are very grateful.
