I would not recommend this service to anyone. After the 24-hour free trial, I was automatically charged €39 for a monthly subscription. €39 is far too expensive, especially when there are many cheaper and more user-friendly alternatives available.

This feels like a classic marketing trick: first you see a very small trial fee, and then a much larger amount is charged automatically. If you try the service and realize it isn’t right for you, you can’t get a refund—even if you have no intention of using it again.

The company’s terms and conditions appear to prevent refunds, leaving customers with only one option: cancel the subscription and stop using the service. Unfortunately, managing the subscription is also inconvenient because it’s handled through the company’s website rather than through the Apple App Store. That makes it much easier to forget about the subscription and end up being charged unexpectedly.

In my experience, this service is not worth the price, and I would advise others to be very careful before signing up for the trial.

Regelrechte oplichting!!! Na €0,50 te hebben betaald voor 24h, waarbij ik enkel 1 PDF bestand nodig had, hebben ze mij een abonnement aangesmeerd van €39,99 per maand. Dit had ik echter pas maanden later door, waardoor mijn PDF bestandje €280 heeft gekost! De kleine lettertjes dat het automatisch verlengd wordt, staan echter onder de knop om het abonnement effectief te nemen.
Ronduit degoutante praktijken!

als ik nul sterren kon geven had ik het gedaan. pas op met deze scammers ze zeggen dat het 50 cent is en hun nemen geen reageren niet op emails ik ben inmiddels 200 euro kwijt niet die 50 cent aanschaffen mensen

I signed up for what was presented as a free trial with a very small fee, but it was not clearly stated that this would turn into a recurring monthly subscription.

For several months, we were charged without realizing this was coming from DocPro. We did not receive any invoices or billing notifications, which made it very difficult to identify the source of the charges.

The lack of transparency is very concerning. If this is a subscription service, it should be clearly disclosed upfront, with proper billing emails and easy cancellation.

We had to contact our bank to investigate and stop the charges.

I strongly recommend being very careful when using this service.

Er word 1 malig geld 0,50cent af gehaald en daarna elke maand 40 euro!! Er word niet gereageerd op mails!!

They are lying to the customers! The service was presented as a one-time payment, however recurring subscription charges were applied without clear, prior disclosure during the purchase process or in the confirmation email.

Such conduct constitutes misleading and unfair commercial practice and resulted in unauthorized charges to my payment method. Access to the account was restricted while the charge was retained.

I strongly advise against using this website.

Not free.. they are wasting your times and probably scammers (if they are liers already).

Just like everyone else here , they tried to charge me 39.99 euro on a subscription I never was informed about so I blocked them on Revolut before try again to steal my money

This service is a total trap. I paid 0.50 EUR for a trial conversion. Within 24 hours, they tried to charge me 47.23 USD. When my bank blocked it due to limits, they deliberately lowered the amount to 47.11 USD just to bypass the limit and force the payment through! This is manipulative and dishonest behavior.
I cancelled the subscription immediately, but they refuse to refund the money, sending the same automated templates over and over. They claim the terms are "clear," but hidden subscriptions are a "dark pattern." I have already contacted ECC-Net and will continue to report this merchant for fraudulent billing practices. Refund my money!

Waardeloze oplichters. Je denkt even eenmalig iets te regelen, maar gaat met ze in zee (een abonnement) zonder dat je het door hebt. Bij banken bekend als een frauduleuze partij, maar je hebt er een hoop gedoe mee. Heel vals. De reviews zeggen genoeg.

Hier hetzelfde verhaal , nooit ergens toestemming voor gegeven en elke maand 34,99 eraf . Kan alleen nergens gegevens vinden of mailadres hoe ze te bereiken?

Grote oplichters , nooit iets afgesloten . Zelfde verhaal als andere . Kwam er pas na 2 betalingen achter . Jammer dat dit soort bedrijven blijven bestaan . Ga wel kijken wat ik kan doen

This company should be sued.
Not only doesn’t it work properly but they hook you with a cheap 50 cent 24h offer and even after cancellation, deleting the app and unsubscribing the charge you 39.90euros a month afterwards!!

Ho*ren kinderen sleuten abbo op je naam als je 0.50 cent betaald en dan 40 euro elke x afschrijven niet vertrouwen pas op de bank kan niks doen

Oplichters!! Mijn verhaal sluit aan bij de andere reacties hier onder. Je betaald 0,50 cent voor een pdf (denk je) tot er 39,99 elke maand afgeschreven word. Nooit een abonnement afgesloten. Heel erg slinks en sluw word dit gespeeld. De bank doet niks en Apple support idem dito. Je moet ze mailen en je geld terug eisen!! de zelfde dag heb ik mijn centen terug ontvangen. Vuile oplichters bah.

Zelfde verhaal als bij iedereen. 50 cent betaald en een dag later wordt er €39,99 afgeschreven. Duidelijk oplichters!

Smerige oplichting, 50 cent voor een formulier betaald via Apple Pay.
Dag later 40 euro afgeschreven zonder toestemming, zelf sta ik onder bewind en het zou niet eens mogelijk moeten zijn iets van mijn rekening af te schrijven maar toch lukt het ze.
Leefgeld weg, erg leuk.
