The documents online fine, by post not so good
The documents I ordered were delivered fine online. But the documents I ordered by post have still not arrived after a week and a half

The documents were previously posted to
the requested address. You informed us that these were never received and so unfortunately it seems there has been an issue caused by Royal Mail in this instance. We can only apologise on their behalf.

Proofs of postage have been sent to you.
If the new documents are not received today then we anticipate that you will receive them tomorrow at the latest.
