scam site, you will never receive your passage
website is trash, littered with AI-generated product images and descriptions 🚩 against my better judgement i ordered a cheap keychain fidget toy. the item was "shipped" and tracking was provided through 17track.net with a strangely formatted tracking number 🚩 after being in transit for nearly a month the package was "delivered", but not to the address i had provided. it supposedly arrived at a PO box... i do not have a PO box 🚩 i reached out to Documentw for info about this and they told me to go pick it up from the post office. i attempted to do so but the postal worker told me the tracking number was not valid 🚩 i reached out to Documentw for a USPS tracking number. they provided one, so i went back to the post office and was told the item had been delivered. i was about to leave and assume the package had been delivered to a neighbor or stolen when i decided to ask what address it was delivered to. the postal worker told me an address about 20 miles from where i live which does not even vaguely resemble the shipping address i provided when ordering the item 🚩 i looked up that address on Google maps and the image shows an empty field, no buildings in sight 🚩 i attempted to dispute the transaction but was unable to provide a link to the item i purchased because the item page no longer exists 🚩 the icing on the cake is that PayPal's increasingly terrible dispute resolution team denied my refund request because the package was "delivered" 🚩🚩🚩 so there's 7 reasons to stay away from Documentw and one reason to stop using PayPal.
