I made a mistake with my order and they were most helpful putting it right at no extra cost to me. Customer service were friendly and helpful. No import tax or duty, delivery was quick.

This is definitely the best harness and leash you can buy. The quality is amazing and we have had so many compliments on how it looks on our dog. Love the name tags on each side. The leash is extremely comfortable and prevents her from pulling. Very easy to put it on. Definitely worth purchasing.

These harnesses are awesome! They have been a game changer in taking my Frenchies for walks! They are so easy to adjust and use. My male used to run away when he saw the leash come out because he hated the process of putting on the traditional harness. The simplicity of the DogFriendly Co harness tool all the stress out of putting on a harness. I did have an issue with sizing. The small did not fit quite right on my Frenchie in spite of his measurements calling for a small. The customer service I received from start to finish was impeccable. As soon as I reached out about having issues with the fit, someone was in touch with me within 24 hours. It turned out that my Frenchie is a bit broad in the shoulders and needed the next size up. The exchange process was super easy. I cannot say enough about the quality customer service I received from Hans.

Received our new leash and harness for our Golden boy, Bowie, and were instantly enjoying walks 1000x more! At 7 months old, Bowie was pulling with a ton of strength and immediately improved after one walk with the front clip.

We’re also new to our neighborhood, so the aesthetics of the name patch draw so much positive attention for Bowie!

I couldn’t be happier with this company! My dog Cleo absolutely loves her harness — it fits beautifully, is clearly comfortable for her, and has held up really well.

What really stands out, though, is their customer service. I wanted to order another harness but couldn’t remember the size I had originally purchased. I sent them an email, and they got back to me almost immediately with exactly the information I needed. Quick, helpful, and hassle-free.

Scam alert. I ordered almost a month ago and I still haven’t received it, yet they made me pay delivery fee with a promise of delivering it within 4 - 7 days at the checkout. The competitors do free delivery and actually deliver your order. I do not recommend, stay clear from them!

Update: So they reached out to me that it is not held at customs who want verification of purchase and how its out their control and all. We had a second look and it turns out they are indeed shady. Unlike normal self-respecting businesses, they sell their products without taxes so its MOST DEFINITELY will be held up at customs when leaves the USA and you will have to do a tons of paperwork - IN PERSON- to pay the local taxes. And for the record, this is NOT out of their control, they just choose this way so their product looks cheaper [no taxes] at the time of purchase and let you deal with the paperworks and tax fees later.

Took a flyer on this product solely because it seemingly had a front d ring on harness which we need for our dogs. While there is one, it is not attached to harness … only way it attaches is by Velcro which anyone who has a big dog knows it like trusting your dogs safety to a piece of tape. And not duct tape which I’d trust way more than this “we’ll add on for free” this attachment. This product may be fine for a 5 pound pocket book dog but not recommended for anyone who has a larger dog or a dog that pulls.

I need to return the bundle I purchased. I sent an email with the pictures Joy requested. Days have passed and I have not heard next steps.
I understand the company is small but communication is key to long term success.
Can someone please reply and simply provide the "authorization" to make my return, provide paperwork to accompany the return and give an address for the return.

Complicated ordering process. I thought I was getting a free front D ring but apparently I ordered the wrong thing. I created my own D ring but the harness is no better than my old one and three times the price. It will go in the bin.

You advertise your prices in Euro's, take my money using a european payment provider but fail to inform that no VAT has been paid on the items yet. I have to dig into some FAQ page to find that "I should expect duty fees"

Little dishonest if you ask me!

I bought the harness with no pull added loop and spent $53 dollars on expecting it to be great no pull harness for my frenchie however she got out it. I then tightened it and readjusted it and she hates it. She pulls worse and runs because it’s hurting her ivdd in upper back and neck area. I emailed them and showed them it with photos and they said they only wanted it back with tags, all patches of their logo. I don’t know where there logo patch is. It wasn’t needed or possible to use with it being on the Velcro gets covered with the strap. I’m running out time for refund and now it looks like it’s not happening. It’s also very hard rough fabric for my small dog.

My dog is very sensitive to how gear feels on his body, and this harness has been a total game‑changer. We’ve tried multiple brands, but this is the first one where he immediately looked comfortable and relaxed. The fit is secure without being restrictive, and the design doesn’t put pressure on his shoulders or chest. He can move naturally, breathe easily, and doesn’t get overstimulated the way he used to with bulkier harnesses. I noticed the difference right away; he panted less on walks and settled into a calm nap afterward instead of staying revved up. That’s huge for a dog with a sensitive nervous system. If you have a dog who’s sensitive, anxious, or picky about harnesses, this one is absolutely worth trying. It gave my dog more comfort, more freedom, and honestly, more joy on our walks.

I ordered a small and received a medium harness. Because of their mistake now I have to go through the trouble of returning it and trying to get one to fix fit my dog. Right now I’m feeling very low trust for this website after reading the reviews.

Excellent customer service regarding a return for a smaller size! So helpful and quick to respond. I have ordered two harnesses and will be ordering a third today.

Ordered a dog harness on the 28th Feb, received conformation and tracking number. Delivery was stated as 3-7 business days. It is now the 10th March and my item is still in the USA! At no point do they tell you items ship from the US. When i queried it i was simply told 3-7 days is an estimate and it depends on the customs, courier and processes! If you want your item quickly i'd avoid ordering from here!
