DogWatch Hidden Fences - Columbus Avis 78

Been a customer for almost 10 years! Not sure who appreciates DogWatch more, Lisa and I or our dogs.

4 dogs in the country. Once Dogwatch came, we haven’t had one second of concern or worry our dogs would get out and lost. Dogwatch fenced in 2 acres for the dogs to run and play and I don’t have to give it a second thought. Bonus, our daughter has Dogwatch also, her pups’ collar works in our yard, so we get to pup sit quite a lot, he loves going from a small suburban yard to the open space here. Love DogWatch.

This company went above and beyond for me. Whenever i had a question, their customer service has always been very helpful in answering any questions I had. In addition to a helpful customer service team, when my dog went deaf they sent me out a vibrating collar to try out since she couldn't hear the beeping. They allowed me to try out both and told me to just return whichever one i didn't want at the end of the month. During that time I herniated some disks in my back and was laid up for a while and unable to return the collar on time. When I called them, they were completely understanding and gave me plenty of time to recuperate and send back the collar later. Every interaction I have had with anyone in this company has been pleasant, and I would and have recommend them on that alone, not to mention the product itself! I had a different fence previously and it would fail constantly allowing my dog to run free in the neighborhood. Once I replaced it with my DogWatch Hidden Fence, I have had absolutely zero issues or failures. It works perfectly and I couldn't be happier! If you are considering a hidden dog fence, you couldn't go with a better Company, and their 2 year battery for the collar is a huge bonus! This company deserves your business.

Pat and Emily were great from the start. I had concerns about our golden retriever being such a scaredy-cat and not taking to the training.. Pat assured me that he would make sure he came out to do the installation and initial training. My golden loved him! Our dogs know how far they can go now before their collars start singing to them!
