Excellent service and dog fence installer/ dog trainer has a very special and natural gift and connection with dogs.

This dog fence system is an excellent product. We actually use it to keep our cat safe in our large garden. Cat gets to roam but is kept away from the busier roads in the area.

Have been using dogfence for many years. It has proved invaluable in keeping my dogs safely in the garden. It took very little time to train them, and then they stopped testing the boundaries.
I have had to replace part of the wire circuit due to over-enthusiastic garden clearance, and I was pleased with the speedy arrival of my order.

Such a fast service! I ordered the batteries for the collars via the webpage and they arrived the next day.

Found the break, repaired it and good customer service. I knew that the break was in one of two places. Just a shame they do not have lower price in this instance as they did not need to hunt for it.

The fence is great - has kept our treasured lab safe and sound for many years. An accidental break meant we had to repair it, Dog Fence were able to help us out even after all these years.

The Cat Fence is brilliant! We received it a few weeks ago and installed it ourselves which was very easy. Then the past few weeks we have been doing indoor training to make sure our two cats understand the flags and don't try to leave the containment area. This morning was the first time they have been outside on their own and it worked brilliantly. Now we can have our patio doors open all summer without fear of our cats running across a busy road or getting attacked by other cats.

Need an emergency collar after my dog chewed her’s. It came the next day.

Needed some spare parts and a new dog collar for one of the dogs. Really easy to use the website and order online. Order received quickly by post and well packaged.

Great service and great product.

We have a very naughty and determined Viszla puppy who had escaped from our property more times than I can count. The concerns I had around an invisible fence especially when considering that the Viszla are a nervous breed did not materialise. Now our adorable puppy is safely contained and very happy with very happy owners.

I've never submitted a review before but certainly felt I needed to praise this company and the product. Sadly we lost one of our 3 cats to a busy road near us.
I contacted dog fence back in July 2020 and they were incredibly quick and helpful. As I was self installing the cat fence around our 1 acre garden I had lots of questions and Sam (in particular) was incredibly helpful.
It didn't take long for the cats to get used to the fence, and we now feel much happier that the cats are safe while still being able to climb trees and catch mice !
I only wish I'd known about the system before.

Installation was smooth and the engineer was very swift and helpful. He also put my daughter's mind at rest in respect of the training of her cat and that the fence should keep him safe.
