The cookies are delicious
The cookies are delicious. Got the order fast and it was packed very well. There were cold packets in with the cookies, because some of the cookies were covered in chocolate. There was not a broken cookie to be found. Will definitely be ordering again

Some Good Some Disappointment
A good number of the Italian Rustic Raisin cookies were crumbled by the time I got them.
The chocolate portion of the Assorted Pasticceria were melted and messy. The flavors were good, though.
I'm not a fan of the Amaretti, but my brother is and he didn't love them.
We did love the Torrone tenor dell'Aquila, however!
To sum up the stars were the Pasticceria and the Torrone. The rest were a bit of a disappointment.

Very nice product
Order arrived quickly, no damage to the cookies. Everything tasted very good, the sweetness was not overpowering. I never expected that the chocolate nougat would taste so good - I grew up with the traditional version, white nougat with almonds and flavoring like orange, lemon and just honey.

Cookies were dry and stale
Cookies were dry and stale. Chocolate melted over all the cookies and everything was broken. Awful
Thank you for finding a way to blame me for this. One box of cookies was full of broken cookies with melted chocolate over everything. Tasted stale and gross. I'm home every day, all day. This wasn't me letting them sit on the porch.

According to our records, your order was shipped via UPS 2-Day Air and delivered in under 48 hours, placed at your doorstep around 11 a.m. As outlined in our summer shipping policy, once a package leaves our facility we have no control over exposure to high temperatures or the time it may remain unattended outdoors. To help prevent these issues, we carefully pack all chocolate products in insulated boxes with ice packs to ensure safe transit. Given that your package arrived within 48 hours, it is unlikely that the melting occurred during transport, but rather after delivery if the box was left outside for too long.
In addition, unless a package arrives visibly damaged, cookies should not be broken. If that had been the case, we would have gladly assisted you in filing a claim with UPS and could have explored options for a refund or replacement.
Most importantly, our products are never stale or old. Everything we sell is made in small batches in Italy and shipped fresh by air to the U.S. If there had been any change in texture due to heat exposure, we would have been more than happy to work with you to resolve it.
While some of the issues described are outside of our control, we remain committed to ensuring our customers enjoy the best experience possible. Please know we are always available to help and encourage you to reach out directly in the future so we can assist promptly.
