Been waiting since November for a payout. It is now the end of March. Don’t waste your time! There are so many legit casinos to choose from and this is not one. I have sent an email almost every week and the customer service tells me they understand and can see why this might bother me. Today they said I might get better service if I made a deposit first! I am writing this to warn other players about Dollar Mills. I have a verified account and met the 1x playthrough on my winnings. I requested a redemption for $53.37 to PayPal, which this site explicitly advertises as 'Instant.'
Instead of an instant payout, I have been trapped in a loop of scripted support responses from 'Lina' telling me to be patient while my request is 'forwarded to a team.' They have provided a Redemption ID (695294b925e2b9ea1607c358), but they refuse to process the funds or provide a PayPal Transaction ID.
This is a violation of 'No Purchase Necessary' sweepstakes laws and deceptive advertising. I have already begun the reporting process with the FTC (ReportFraud.ftc.gov) and the BBB. I will update this review if/when they actually honor their 'Instant Payout' promise.

Dont waste your time or money! On December 26, 2025 I learned about Dollar Mills Casino and signed up to give it a try. They initially gave me $3 SC for free then another $3 SC for free for downloading their app. Thought it was cool for that. Buy then I wanted to verify before I started playing which was simply inputting my information. Kind of a red flag if you ask me. I looked through the games and found one I liked and hit a bonus rather quick so I thought they may be a good casino. Ended up winning around $75 from a $.20 bet in the bonus. Played a few more spins, checked to see what minimum redemption was ($50 "automatically to PayPal") so I submitted a $67 redemption. Came here and saw the bad reviews. I then messaged customer service on the casino asking if it was true that they probably wouldn't approve my redemption and they proceeded to tell me to unlock redemptions a deposit was needed. I informed them nowhere in their terms and rules did it state a deposit was needed to redeem and received a message from a different person saying it was under review and I will get it asap. Today I messaged them about their contradicting messages and how they should really put in their rules and terms about the deposit needed for redemptions, especially amongst all the lawsuits going on against sweeps casinos. I have yet to get a response though it says wait time has been between 4-9 minutes. If end up receiving my redemption I'll change my rating for them but I don't see that happening.

DollarMills is running an irresponsible and predatory platform. They make no effort to provide or support responsible gaming resources, even when directly requested. Most reputable platforms have clear tools in place to help individuals manage or suspend accounts for problem gambling—DollarMills does not.

On top of that, their withdrawal policy is deceptive. They will not allow you to withdraw unless you have deposited a matching amount, which essentially traps your funds in their system. This is not only unfair but highly unethical.

Anyone considering this platform should think twice. A company that refuses to support responsible gaming and imposes predatory withdrawal restrictions is not one that values its players—it only values taking their money.

I currently started a redemption, contacted customer service and they replied fairly quickly and said redemption may take a few days so for now ill keep my hopes up! Ill let you know if i end up getting it and change my review

My comment is similar to everyone else on this review page. TOTAL SCAM WEBSITE.

For example, if you deposit $20, you have to pay through the $20. If you happen to manage a bonus of any kind within the first 20 spins, so if you play a dollar per spin, you would have to play through them or with the hope that you maybe win something to counteract the fact that you have to play 20 spins.

And, if you happen to hit a bonus in the first 20, you’re only eligible to redeem $20 of that bonus, if it happens within the first 20 spins. Sure, if you would happen to hit a bonus on spin number 21, you can keep the bonus.

In the past, I have had some good things on there and was able to redeem them without a problem, but I cannot count the number of times that I managed to get a bonus within the first 20 and was unable to do NOTHING with it.

Of any website that I have ever tried, this has to probably be the worst one of all. It shouldn’t matter whether you hit a bonus within the first so many spins of your deposit or not, if I hit the bonus, hit the bonus.

I would highly recommend that anybody who has a problem to NEVER create an account with them or deposit a single cent. They rig the outcomes. As a sidenote, I cannot count the number of times that I have done well in the first 20 spins, after depositing $20, but as soon as I hit spin number 20, it tanks religiously. If the website has the ability to know precisely when I did spin number 20, they have the ability to close my account up upon my request (which they have failed to do at least three times now with me, reaching out to customer service).

Hey all these reviews are legit. This is nothing more than a scam. Your money will be stolen. Customer service is not even real. No one answers you or replies. The sites like dimers and covers promoting this scam should remove it from their site!!!

I hit for 2000 and they say it's not redeemable

I wouldn't even give them one star. This casino "kindly suggests" that you play to speed up your redemption request. That's foul.
