I had a very disappointing experience with this service.

Shortly after purchasing, I tested the product and realized it did not meet my needs due to connection instability and inconsistent performance. I contacted support within a few hours to request a refund.

Instead of addressing the refund request, the support team repeatedly redirected the conversation toward technical questions, asking for more and more details, while avoiding a clear answer regarding the refund.

Eventually, they declined the refund, stating that the issue was related to proxies or external factors, not their app — effectively shifting responsibility away from their product.

From a customer perspective, this is not acceptable. I paid for a service that did not work properly for my use case, and my request was made almost immediately.

The overall impression is that the refund process is intentionally complicated and designed to avoid issuing refunds.

Would not recommend based on this experience.

A standard anti-detection browser with all the basic functionality you need. It used to be one of the most user-friendly browsers, but now competitors offer more features for the same price. I used it for two years. It was user-friendly for beginners thanks to the 10 free profiles (now reduced to 5). It’s suitable for most basic multi-accounting tasks. But I got some problems when working with advanced anti-bot systems.

This is not the best anti detect browser I used, however it does get the job good. Nice interface, make sure to get good proxies

They require whatsapp to create an account.

I tried the free plan on MacOS with dedicated residential ISP proxies from marsproxies (which passed youtube bot detection).
I was able to create a google account in a normal way with a standard phone number verification.
I spent 2 weeks warming up the new youtube channel, but when I posted the first video it got only 4 impressions and stayed like that until now. This is shadowban.
I wanted to create a facebook and instagram accounts, but those website triggered CAPTCHA, phone number verification and even identity verification with video and photo. Both accounts got suspended and I lost the appeal.
I told this to Dolphin support and they said that I should click in health status to update the useragent and that I should then "try again" what I wanted to do.

Needless to say that if it is up to the user to know that there is such update, that he has to manually do it and that it is critical to anti detection, then it is likely that profiles will be easily compromised.
So I don't trust Dolphin anymore.

Dolphin Anty was the reason for several flags and bans of my accounts. The fingerprints are definitely not as safe or as unique as they say.

I installed Dolphin Anty for the first time on my new device, but the free plan was blocked immediately with a random email I never used. Support could not resolve it. Very disappointing experience.

The interface is easy to use and profile isolation works well most of the time. However, updates can sometimes cause issues, and detection isn’t always perfect. Pricing could be more flexible. Overall, it’s usable but has room for improvement.

I do not recommend. Unstable work everyday. Not optimised at all. Transferred my accounts to other browser.

Updates Broke Everything and Got My Account Suspended
Their forced updates constantly break basic functionality. One update forced me to switch proxies from HTTP to SOCKS, and suddenly my locations were mismatched. That caused a major account to get suspended until next year. Dolphin claims they help with stealth, but in reality they trigger bans.

I tried creating a simple Google account and Google immediately forced a phone handoff and QR verification before I even entered my number. It detected Dolphin Anti detect.

Dolphin makes it easy to keep your online fingerprint unique and your digital identity safe. This is a good tool for remote teams who need to access different tools. Makes integration with proxies and other web tools very simple.

Tried to create a new Google account, but even before entering the phone number, Google noticed something and started asking me to scan a QR code and continue on my phone instead of the PC. So, I wouldn’t recommend using Dolphin Anty, as it’s useless. ((

The developers of this browser made a big mistake by reducing the number of free profiles in half. The developers blocked 5 out of 10 profiles and in order to regain control of them, I will have to pay $ 10 per month and for this money nothing more. I had the feeling that the bandits had stolen my thing and now they are selling it to me for money.

I had a problem and lost my proxy.

They were desperate for money.

They let you create 10 profiles for free, and after putting in the work, suddenly they delete 5 profiles and throw your effort in the trash.

I used Dolphin Anty thinking it would help manage profiles safely and privately, but over time it caused more problems than it solved. After one of their constant forced updates, proxies that previously worked fine had to be switched from HTTP to SOCKS5. That change alone broke session routing, and some IPs began showing incorrect locations, even when the right area was selected.

Because of that, one of my main accounts got suspended until 2026 right after an update, even though nothing suspicious had been done. Dolphin claims to reduce detection, but it ends up causing more bans and red flags.

They say their updates improve stability and tracking resistance, but the opposite happens. Every update breaks something new. Logins fail, protocols are forced, and your accounts get flagged for things you can’t control.

The browser runs slowly and depends on an extension system that actually makes you more detectable instead of safer. It’s not truly stealth like they claim.

If you try to complain, they just blame your proxy provider, even if it's clearly a problem caused by their own update. There’s no real support and no accountability.

Dolphin gives a false sense of security. Instead of protecting your accounts, it puts them at risk. Use it with caution if you care about what you're managing.

i dont even know this company just came to know by ads, and registered and guess what account was block to use free bcz i have already used the system it says but i have not used even once and this is the first time i am used and they shows that some random email which i do not even know (tarun.laptopmail google) this is the email they show which i dont even know who owns those email
