This company were very helpful in helping me change my email address and password after I had misplaced them. They adhered to good security measures by phoning me on a previously approved phone number. The caller was helpful and polite. Fast Response Time: I had an issue with an external mail server and needed help with the DNS entries. The support team responded much faster than I expected. In an industry where you often wait days for a ticket update, this speed was a huge relief.
The team was not only fast but also effective. The problem was successfully resolved, and my mail server is now secure (DKIM & SPF).

If you need more than just a domain name
I have run servers on the internet for more than 25 years and have used several registrars before I found Domaindiscount24 18 years ago. This provider offers all features I could wish for and has always been very reliable. I highly recommend it for users who want full control over their domains including DNS administration.

DD24 is not able to provide a simple payment process
We registered 40+ domains with DD24. Unfortunately, they are unable to offer a simple payment process for a Swiss company. Each domain is billed individually by credit card (!!). Despite this, their website states: 'User-friendly domain portal for private customers and businesses'. It also says 'Team Internet – As a global team, we are constantly working on improvements'. It seems this company cannot deliver on its promises. What a shame!

Kaufe hier meine Mails seit Jahren.
Ich habe vor einem Monat eine neue Domain gekauft. Nun wurde mir versucht ein Email Service unterzujubeln, welches ich nicht abgeschlossen habe, dass sich aber nach einem Monat automatisch für 1 Jahr verlängert hätte, hätte ich es nicht aktiv deaktiviert.
Bin sehr enttäuscht dass solche sketchy Methoden verwendet werden.
