purchased a washing machine via click and collect, within 1/2 an hour, they rang back to say it was ready.
I went there in the car, the sales team dealt with me immediately, the warehouseman gave me a lift into the car with the machine.
So within an hour of ordering,the machine was in the house.
Washing machine was a very good price, with 2 year parts and labour.

I bought a washing machine there this week. I've never experienced such friendly, helpful, speedy and efficient service, from ordering on Tuesday and fitting two days later. Prices are brilliant!
