Dominican Republic is a poor third world country so they overcharge foreign men & only allow us the ability to see and respond to messages only after we pay the exorbitant subscription fee. In my honest and personal experience and dozens of my friends. More than 90% are fake accounts by scam artists. Almost 100% would only ask you to send money before they even meet you. The biggest scam ever. The less than 1% who happen to be real ones are horrendously ugly with a bunch of kids.
