Scammers!! Mbna credit card, paid me back in a day or so. It’s their fight now.
In future I will check out company before ordering anything on line.
There are loads of these companies on line. BEWARE 😡

Ordered a garden storage box from a company called Nexiov but instead received a plastic rose from this company, Doncavo.
Can't contact them, so I raised a dispute through my bank as I paid by debit card. It's taken a month but I've now got my money back.
I would definitely advise raising a dispute with your bank..its worth a try and you have 120 days from the date of purchase!

I have encountered with a recent transaction processed through Klarna,

I placed an order for a Keter storage box. However, the order confirmation email I received was for a cordless duster instead. Concerned about the discrepancy, I reached out via email to doncavo com to clarify the situation but unfortunately did not receive a response.

A few days after the purchase, I informed Klarna of my suspicion regarding the legitimacy of the transaction and provided relevant evidence. Regrettably, Klarna has not taken any action to resolve this matter.

I received an unexpected single rose in a white envelope approximately two weeks after my initial order, which further raised my concerns. Currently, the website from which I made the purchase has disappeared, and all attempts to contact their support email have gone unanswered.

To summarize:

Ordered a Keter storage box; received a confirmation for a cordless duster.
Attempted to reach the seller with no response.
Informed Klarna of the suspicious transaction with supporting evidence; no action taken.
Received a single rose in an envelope, contributing to my concerns.
Seller's website is no longer accessible, and contact attempts have failed.

Scammers do not use….

Ordered a new garden shed instead received a plastic red rose in a padded envelope.

Shop used was Ampeva with the order fulfilled by Doncavo! Total scam avoid at all costs.

Ordered a table for my pizza oven & instead received a plastic rose. Should have read reviews first. Complete scam. They should be locked up

Ordered stilh hedge trimmer paid £107.99 and a plastic rose in a jivvy bag turned up instead. They keep you hanging on by tracking what you think is your hedge trimmer and is a plastic rose.
Don't use DONCAVO or AMPEVA
same scumbags. Hopefully what comes round goes round hope they get a bunch!!

Same as the below reviews, ordered through a website called Ampeva, Doncavo sent a confirmation for a completely different website. A single red rose turned up. Quite poetic really.

Luckily paid through Klarna, however when I raised a dispute through them - Doncavo claimed to have fulfilled the order by providing a valid shipping number - so my battle is now with them.

Scam, don't waste your money and time.!!!!!

Don't buy from this online shop, it's a complete scam. Ordered a tool box for £32.99 and a couple of weeks go by saying on way and on the order it said usb blender not a tool box. It arrived eventually and it was a fake rose. I requested my money back from bank and hope they don't request it back. Online criminals 🤦🤬

Can't give -5stars so have to settle for 1 star. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I made a stupid mistake and ordered an air fryer from them and I also received a red rose. Fortunately my bank has refunded me the full amount. IT IS A SCAM......AVOID AT ALL COST.

I wish I’d seen these reviews before I ordered a Keres garden storage for £32.99 as I received a plastic single rose instead. Currently trying to get money back through fraudulent use with my bank 🤷🏽‍♀️

(This is what Google says about this group of connected companies - So why were they suggested on a Google search? Why were they supported by Google pay, Klana and the bank(s)?

I received my Doncavo.com parcel today. They haven't sent me the Keter garden storage unit that I ordered - they have sent me a plastic rose instead.

Total scam I thought i ordered a storage box £99 ended up receive a plastic rose. Emailed them numerous times but no correspondence back why are they allowed to keep taking people's money

Do not use this site! Complete scam - you won’t get the item you ordered just a plastic rose in an envelope. DO contact your bank and submit a fraud claim. My bank reimbursed me in under 30 minutes.

Just a scam site, as others ordered a garden cushion storage box, all I received for £100 was a plastic rose. Wish I had seen these reviews before wasting my money.

I ordered a garden planter and got a plastic rose... don't bother sending them out in the future...Just shove it where the sun doesn't shine and grow some dignity. Comeuppance will find you one day, be sure of that !!!
