I really didn't realize how much I was leaving on the table until I had someone helping me with the day to day tasks. My business is already changing and it's only been a month.

We've been working with Michelle through Outsourced Doers and have been pleased with her support so far. She’s been reliable, responsive, and very open to feedback. Michelle takes direction well and isn’t afraid to ask questions when she needs clarification, which helps keep tasks moving without unnecessary delays.

One thing we really appreciate is her ability to follow through on assignments with attention to detail. She’s shown a willingness to learn and take initiative once she understands what’s needed, which has been helpful in getting tasks completed efficiently.

While she’s still growing in the role, Michelle is consistent, eager to do a good job, and has made a positive contribution to our daily workflow. We’re thankful for her support and look forward to continued progress together.

My outsourced doers experience is mixed. My first doer left after two days to have a baby. Why did OD launch someone into a long-term relationship knowing that it would be just two days? Then three weeks before a new doer was in place.
BUT, my current Doer is absolutely great and I'm super happy with Outsourced Doers in the long run. It's only been two weeks with the new Doer and while he's great, losing three weeks in-between doers was actually fairly damaging to our business.

Truly didn't realize how much help we needed until our Doer came along...

Before Outsourced Doers, we were drowning in business minutiae.

Now, we are scrambling to give backdated projects to our Doer because she is so quick, skilled, proactive and accomplished, she blew through most of the work we thought would take her months.

We can see a foreseeable future where we can work our business and do what we are good at doing and give our Doer all the administrative work which we don't have time to do anymore as we scale.

In addition, we received training as business owners and do not have to deal with the HR/hiring/firing/medical process that we would have if hiring someone independently. I don't even know how much time that saved us but I can definitely tell you that it prevented us from hiring someone in the past.

So happy we found Outsourced Doers!

Our Doer is an absolute game-changer. She jumped in with zero hand-holding, embedded herself deep into the foundation of our operations, and handed me back my time on a silver platter. I’ve never had support this sharp, efficient, or aligned—she makes everything run smoother, smarter, and faster. Honestly, the only downside? Their billing structure sucks. But for the level of impact she brings? Still worth every penny.

Overall we are having a good experience with our Doer. The learnig curve is a little slower than we expected but the reason is mainly due to both sides learning. The support from the OD team has been positive. The Founders site is a little had to navigate. Areas such as badges and others are not always easy to locate

My "Doer" Simuel has become an invaluable asset to the business and the quality and service to date has exceeded my expectations.

We were matched with one of the most helpful and resourceful doers we could've asked. Our Doer, Ray Ponchilan, took it upon himself to do market research and learn about the CrossFit and Hyrox industry in order to tailor his services and support to our gym's unique member base...and for this we are incredibly grateful. He has been flexible, professional, and delivered a service beyond our wildest expectations.

My doer is acting as my executive assistant, and supporting a range of business administrative functions.

This wasn’t the solution I needed. I appreciate the Doer that I worked with but I feel like all of the resources they included in their offer to help founders was overkill. I didn’t use or needed some of those resources. I think the whole system wasn’t was I needed so it didn’t work out. Maybe it could work for someone else in a different situation but I felt like all the things that came with the system wasn’t worth with.

I have gotten so much more out of Outsourced Doers than I ever expected!

The whole experience has been positive. My doer is on top of my social media in a way I never could be. She understands what I want to convey and creates posts that are on brand. The Doing Incubator is helping me create the course I want to build, with guidance that takes all the guesswork away. I am so grateful to my doer and to Outsourced Doers for helping me take my business to the next level.

I had a convo with sales rep today and felt like spoke with deaf robot.

He didn’t paid attention at all about what I told him and asked same things multiple times.

I believe the guy was reading words from his screen or paper.

I felt non professional and just finished the call instantly. Don’t recommend to use them.

Love my Doer she is doing all the things that I’ve never been able to do well. As a nutrition/gut health coach and personal trainer my brain doesnt do well when in comes to marketing and content creation….outsourced doers has an amazing support system with coaches available to me at any time. I’m learning alongside my doers work and it’s amazing. At first I was overwhelmed but once I got the hang of things it became simple and enjoyable. Love working with my doer she is amazing. For the first time I feel like I can actually make my business work. 😊

I have not taken the full advantage of the entire system. In fact I have been so busy trying to build my business I have not sought help. I will be more engaged so I can learn how to do more with my Doer and take back some time. Honestly I don’t know where everything is on the portal and it’s a little complicated for me.

My DOer Josh has been wonderful to work with! He has completed all of the tasks I have asked of him, and has even suggested several things to help promote my business and help it grow!

Not getting the flow of new customers prier to singing with Outsource doers,as todate have a few new customers. The business shopping center is hidden with a VERY HIGH busches along the highway access in the front of our building
