DoobDasher Avis 

Doobdasher can either be quick and fast or have horrendous customer service. We ordered a cart from their website and when it got to us, we noticed the bottom of the glass cart was not properly sealed or glued down to the base. we had to tape it at the bottom to keep wax from leaking out. Then after two nights of minimal usage the stem inside the cart disconnected from the base and we could not use the cart anymore, wax got all inside the stem and it wouldnt pull.

When we messaged doobdasher for a new cart due to the fact the one we were sent was obviously not well made, it was 2-3 days of back and forth before they agreed to give us store credit for a new one. It takes 48 hours to get anyone to reply to you. Now that we have the credits we placed a new order and then our new package (which we got quickship for which is estimated 2-3 business days) had zero movement past “label created” and its been sitting there like that for 4-5 days now. cant help but feel they drag their feet when it comes to replacing your items you need because of their mess up…

High quality product at a huge discount, recently purchased the Romulan 3 oz for 95 bucks, says its 19 THC but hits like a 35THC. Also a bit of a late harvest , probably an Ontario outddoor... thats what I smell when opened, with about 20 seeds..... seeds are expensive a vlue of over $ 200... already planted, thank you have been a happy customer for over ten years, only one parcel pinched by a stick finger postie but doob dasher gave me a good credit. thanks again.

Extremely frustrated with this company. Terrible customer service, or should I say, no customer service at all. I understand there could be a time difference because when I tried reaching out to their chat center for assistance it first said they'd be back within 2 hours. 2 hours later and I sent in my message again once the chat center said 'typically replies within a few minutes' I have now waited over 7 hours and sent a few messages asking for assistance, wondering if they somehow hadn't recieved it... Zero response. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable company. I will not be placing an order through them I guess as they dont seem to be ready or willing to assist their customers. Very disappointed as I heard this site was good but feel the exact opposite now.

Doobdaaher as ro be one of Canada's best kept secrets. I live in Ontario and I HIGHly recommend.

Ordered on the 22nd. Had to pay $19.95 shipping even though my order was over $200. I get that Canada Post is on strike.
It wasn’t delivered to purolator until the
26 th . …….. Seriously so now it’s slated to arrive on Dec 3.
That’s 2 weeks to delivery. Boo

I have had great service. Agents were always available to answer any questions. Now I don't get any emails regarding the status of my orders. My previous order "cancelled" yet my payment went through. I have been trying to get a hold of their agents for the past couple of days to no response. The AI Agent is completely useless. Ever since they made changes to their website; I have been shorted on orders and now this. Very disappointing service as of late.

I have used this company since 2018 and loved it! I've ordered weed, edibles and mushroom's from them and have never been dissatisfied with the quality of their products. I always received my orders on time except for one of the last orders. I think they changed the way they send out orders as my last 2 orders came in 2 separate package at 2 different times. I wrote them to ask what was going on and never got a reply even though I tried to contact them twice. I did receive my order finally 13 days later, however I was disappointed that no one took the time to reply

I have dealt with many sites and have had many different experiences.
Doob Dasher provides excellent products with a wide range of choices. Product descriptions are accurate and detailed. You can definitely find a strain to your liking.
Shipping is always fast, actually surprised by how fast some of my orders arrive, processed and shipped from DD very quickly obviously.
Have had zero issues with my orders, always what I ordered, always accurate weight and just great value for the price.
Always sent a free gift with my orders, very nice indeed.
If you haven't tried Doobdasher you certainly should, I have tried many others.

I paid for express post. It’s been 4 days since I ordered and my order just left BC this morning. Why make us pay express post when it DOES’NT show up for a week…regular mail would probably be a better choice for your customers. I know I will NEVER order from this scam again.
