I cancelled my account but they kept taking payments

Exceptional customer service - speedy, friendly and knowledgeable, and the Doodle products themselves are fantastic. My children have got so much from engaging with the app regularly (in fact, my eldest has been using the Maths app daily for 3 years!) - can’t recommend highly enough. The products come at a cost but it’s 100% worth it if you want a thoroughly positive learning experience with support that is second to none.

Complete her daily questions. There is a great variety of questions, well explained examples when new topics are introduced and the setup is user friendly and happy for the kids. Customer support is indeed supportive in the rare case you might need them. I wish there was more for high school!

Clunky, slow, unfriendly user interface. Have to expand the pictures, then answer, then expand again. Very tiresome and frustrating and needs a complete overhaul. Majority of parents of our school that use this have put a motion for it to be retired. Hopefully it will.

Does what it says on the tin. Helped my child learn, comprehend and understand math's in a fun way and with achievable goals.
The staff are always helpful and quick to respond to any question asked of them.

never has this program got the right age group for the child doing this-its at the wrong age level despite assessments. The questions are 1+1 or 'their and there. It offers ks1 reception type questions and its never been rectified. It should be on year 6. I've been looking at this at and monitoring and it should not be starting
on these questions at all! I'm giving this a hard pass-shame as it -started off okay. Calendar disappointing. It is not worth the money.

Doodle maths is great my child’s school uses this as the kids’ maths homework and my daughter is learning whilst having fun … with the aim of getting new badges and completing challenges it’s very interactive and personalised to your child’s individual learning experience

So far my son is enjoying the simplicity of the program, it's easy to navigate and predictable. No animations or distractions. It get to the point. The activities mimic what happens in the classroom too, with the segmentation of polysyllabic words. It's simple, but a good side app to supplement what's happening at school.

Easy to use, engaging, great!

My son is home educated Doodle has made it so much easier for him to work independently. He absolutely loves it and being able to work by himself gives him pride and helps give me the ability to study for my degree too. Being able to set assignments is great! My son learns better through technology (apps etc), Doodle setting a baseline is brilliant and has taken a load off me having to find work for him. All around awesome app :D

We were recommended Doodle Maths by a friend and it has exceeded all expectations. My son wasn’t a fan of anything that resembled ‘formal maths’ but he absolutely loves this app. He does a little every day and the difference in only 6mths is incredible. Not only have his skills increased faster than we could have hoped but also his confidence. Recently we had a slight glitch with things and the team were immediately on it and had it sorted so quickly. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I have placed an order 22 days ago for my business. Sent numerous emails and no reply whatsoever. Doodle have taken the payment and as a new business cashflow is tight. Exceptionally disappointed, my colleague has also left numerous messages. No reply by phone or email. Absolutely abysmal customer service!

My children love this app. Just a few minutes a day is helping them build their confidence with maths. They love the spring & summer challenges where they can earn an actual badge to wear.

I am a very big fan of the doodle aps. They are well-presented and appealing to young learners. The work is bite-sized, and because students can chart their own progress, it is highly motivational. As a teacher and parent, I love the fact that it harbours independent learning and is fun at the same time.

The customer service and the programme as a whole is fabulous!

Easy for the children to learn and understand, an easy to use parent app giving clear results and where each child sits.

Doodle Maths is an amazing tool for children! Their knowledge of maths will increase dramatically and put them streets ahead, yet it's fun and simple for children to understand and enjoy.

The company is so helpful and always willing to help. Response is quick...not like the modern day waiting times for responses!!

Great algorithim provides appropriate activities for children. Customer care is excellent. We've been using it for over 3 years now.

My daughter has been using doodles for a few years. We found doodle apps a great way to help my daughter to consolidate the knowledge for both English and maths. She is doing a bit everyday and she has made great progress, particularly for the areas she used to be weak. We also found everyone in the support team are very helpful and knowledgeable. Many thanks for developing such a great tool to help children on the way of learning!
