Had a query regarding retrieval of a certificate for my daughter for complete the Spring Challenge for Doodle Maths. Received prompt responses over email and the chat page on the website. Appreciated the fact that I wasn't communicating to a chat bot, but a real human being. The product itself is great. Using Doodle maths with my daughter, enjoy watching the numeric skills grow day by day.

Excellent app, very supportive helpdesk, definitely helps both our children on their english and maths (and gives them some good incentives to keep at it.

I decided on getting the app after having the free trial.
Honestly as a parent it’s one of the best apps out there, we have both Maths & English my daughter is exceeding in her learning.
Also when needing help all staff are so helpful can’t fault the service at all.

Doodle has been an excellent resource for building confidence and addressing misconceptions for my son who is now coming towards the end of year 6. It is closely aligned to the national curriculum and his teacher has seen that he has made incredible progress due to his regular use. One of the things I like best about it is that it is personal to my son's needs. It is quick to use and effective. I recommend it while heartedly.

All my 3 daughters love doing doodle math at home,I am sure it helps them to learn and retain the new information quicker. They regularly get rewards and certificates for their continuous work and these boost their confidence a lot. The customer service is amazing- quick to respond,knowledgeable,helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend this app to any family

Very helpful when I got in touch needing assistance. Very good activities for the children definitely recommend to parents whether your children need further assistance or just wanting them to learn a little at home I'm very impressed.

Amazing app that helps children learn so much while playing. School said how much progress they saw in such short period of time. My daughter loves learning through Doodle and the certificates and badges reward system are building confidence and their willingness to come back for more. Also I am beyond happy with the support&customer service teams; they reply very quickly and solve any issues immediately. I truly recommend this app, is amazing!

Every time I have contacted Doodle they have been friendly, efficient, and really helpful. My daughter's confidence in Maths has increased and she enjoys the tasks set. I would highly recommend this app for building Maths and English skills.

This is a really great app. My son loves using it and it has greatly improved his confidence in maths over the last year. Rewarding children with virtual badges and points to be used on their avatar robot/animal.
The Doodle Support team are always there to provide helpful guidance when needed.

Amazing Experience

We use DOODLE Maths & Tables. Our school has introduced them to us, and my son is working every day. It's lovely to help kids to get familiar with maths. The reward system is excellent, and the trophies are also nice, and he loves gathering starts. I would recomended to all! Amazing tool & toy for kids

It's just so fun and it helps people learn

My children have been using Doodle Maths for over three years, and it has been great for boosting their maths skills and confidence in a fun and engaging way.
The staff have always been very prompt and helpful in answering any queries we have had.

Great resource to back up formal lessons. Some lessons would need further tuition and a few questions could be phrased better.

My daughter has got on better with Doodle Maths than with other online learning sites that we've tried. We've only used it for a few weeks, but seems more confident in maths already. I've been so impressed by the helpful and fast responses from the customer service team when I've had questions.
