Always a pleasant experince.

I have just received my first order from Dookan. The order was held up between countries and when I checked with Dookan, they immediately chased the courier and updated me. The items were well packaged and im very happy with the products and the service!

I ordered rice 35kg and other items from Dookan for about 91 Euro . I got email from DHL that I'll receive on 3.9.25 and I was at home while day but no one rang the bell , after that I got a DHL pickup notice. I went to pickup but only got 10 kg of rice, where are the rest ? This is a scam . I complained and asked for refund but so far no response. Be careful.

I ordered from Dookan after a friend recommended it, and I’m so glad I did! The selection of products is amazing — from rice and dal to ready-to-eat curries and snacks.

My son who is residing in Portugal ordered items worth 165 euros from 'Dookan' in early August 2025. Although the prices are comparatively higher than the local Indian stores, he placed the order because of his medical condition that restricts him to go outside. For this reason, he is always at home. Therefore, question of missing the delivery attempt does not arise at all.
I am sure that delivery attempt was never made by the DHL guys may be because of the volume or reasons best known to them. In stead a message for collecting the parcel was sent to him. He requested the 'Dookan' for a door delivery explaining his conditions. The response from 'Dookan' was bureaucratic like 'will update on progress' or 'we are monitoring the issue'. Luckily a friend visited him and he visited the pickup point only to collect one parcel containing only one item. The other parcel is still pending.
On raising the issue with 'Dookan' either to refund the amount or deliver the balance amount - the response is same lukewarm. They say that only after the undelivered parcel is returned to them, they will reship it to him (may be again it will not be delivered and land in their collection point).
I don't understand, why they can't they refund the amount or ship the balance goods from their store immediately.
My son is suffering without any fault of his and these 'Dookan' guys have no empathetic approach for the same.
I am still waiting for the things to get resolved and don't recommend 'Dookan' to any one after this bad experience.
They don't deserve even a single star.

Pathetic delivery system with a bureaucratic mindset.
I live in Portugal and for some personal reasons stay at my home all the time. My ordered items never came to me and instead I got information to collect from some pickup point.
I requested Dookan guys that the DHL guys never attempted delivery and due to my restrictions I can’t pick up from their collection point. I also requested to either have to door delivery done or cancel and refund the amount. To this I kept on receiving only one response ie ‘we are monitoring the case’.
Somehow, with help of a friend I visited the pick up point and could collect only one parcel. The other one is still in air.
It’s going to be a month now and I am still waiting for some change in their response.
I was a fool to order from them only considering door delivery whereas there are few indian stores nearby and the prices are much cheaper. This is my last time that I am interacting them.
I strongly feel, if these guys can’t be considerate to a handicapped customer in spite of repeated requests without any fault of his, I doubt they would be attending to normal customers.

I request all not to fall prey to their advertisements and false promises and stay out from ordering.

I’ve ordered from Dookan a few times now and honestly, I’m impressed every single time. The delivery is quick, the products are fresh and exactly what I need, and they sometimes even add free gifts in the box which always makes my day.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dookan’s delivery service with DHL. I ordered products based on Gokula Astami, because of delivery failure entire plan was messed up. My order took more than 12 working days to arrive, which is completely unacceptable. I expected much faster and more reliable service. Dookan really needs to improve its delivery timelines and customer support to provide a better experience.

My products are missing from the package and the biscuits and rusk i ordered are all crushed by weight as they didnt wrap it properly in bubble wrap just put all stuff in box and send it. But the manager from Dookan.com was very kind to solve the problem. I will continue to do order with them.

Dookan claims to be no.1 in Europe , who gave them no 1? High prices, faulty deliveries, cheat customers in the name of sale items! Beware of sale, items ordered will not be received , dookan will send wat they have left or dont send at all! If you ask, they will say will refund, easy way out! Recently brought Basmati Rice Sale item 5 kg pack, by the time i received rice was fallen all over the box and no longer 5 kg! It is unacceptable to sell opened or used food items online, but dookan thinks its okay. The excuse they give is laughable, when i sent screenshot of broken package! No refund or return, cant accept their mistake! No where it was mentioned i will receive opened package with rice spilled! I have waited more than 40 days to see if they resolve the issue, but no arrogant n unapologizing!! Dookan is not reliable, prices are abnormally high compared to other sellers across Europe! What is no 1 for Dookan? For cheating and for high prices? Dont justify your mistakes , provide proof who has acknowledged dookan as No. 1 is Europe? No proof means false claims!

Very good site to get your indian groceries outside of india.!Only problem is that they send expired or almost expired during sale time.!So be careful when there is big sales because you only get what you pay for here!😅They need to upgrade more spicy snacks though!

I recently ordered from Dookan and was thoroughly impressed. The service was excellent, with my package arriving on time, even earlier than expected. While Dookan offers free products on orders that meet a specific minimum spend, the shipping fees are not clearly outlined, making it difficult to understand the total cost upfront. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and I would recommend Dookan for its quality products and timely delivery.

My order arrived super fast. It was very well packaged and they sent many gifts along with my order. The product variety is really good and pricing is decent.

Fast delivery, great service and reasonable prices.

I had a very pleasant experience: the shipment was quick (only 4 days from Czechia to Italy), and the packaging was perfect. I ordered multiple items, all of which were dispatched correctly and arrived in good condition. The customer care was responsive through both Whatsapp and SMS. Overall, it’s a great way to get Indian instant food, sweets, spices, and snacks delivered to your home in Europe. I definitely plan to order again.

I don’t think this is a legit business. After I made an order, i got email from icloud to claiming to be from DHL asking me to send personal info such as my id card’s copy otherwise they won’t be able to ship my order. When I contacted customer support, they said just info, its normal. Its first time “DHL” asking for such personal info before shipping order. And tracking number is fake as well as it doesn’t work on DHL’s website. Quite shocked to see an Indian company running scam via webshop in Europe.

One product was missing and when I complained they said they will return the funds but now it’s been a week and nothing happened

Never again going to order very late delivery and product comes damage and damages other product as well not worth.
