Unfortunately, I still can't get the bell receiver to work. The instructions are appalling but searched the internet for an answer. I took the battery out of the bell, put it back in again and put the batteries in the receiver within 20 sec of doing this. but still, they won't pair.

I make a point of not over-egging any reviews I leave for service from a business, but Doorbellword is really exceptional. Initially, I asked a technical question about connectivity with an existing old-fashioned doorbell to add wireless sounders, and got an answer almost by return. Then I ordered and the kit arrived, again almost by return. They sent me exactly the right kit and it works just as I wanted.

One sounder was faulty but that was not Doorbellworld's fault. It was immediately replaced without question.

How could that be bettered for customer service?

I bought a doorbell which turned out to be nearly 6 inches in diameter. But that was not really the problem. The problem was the communication, which blamed me, seemed to ignore that that is not a size, agreed I could return the item, and now-after the fact- have informed me that the date we agreed for returns, is too late. Agreements, correct information and general good customer service is NOT what this business is about. How sad.

And, by the eway, the answer the seller now gave, is not accurate and gives a good idea of how they treat customers - lying about the agreement, for example, and claiming I wanted something I didn't. How very sad this person thinks that is a good way to treat other human beings, especially customers! Poor man.

Arrived very quickly. Issue with doorbell, replacement sent next day.

Great service! The doorbell arrived on time, with clear and easy instructions to install. A satisfied customer!

When the doorbell arrived, it did not have a push bell and it was in an incorrect box which also had a label stating that the bell pusher had been removed!!!
It took two and a half weeks in total and several emails before I received a pusher. I then had to synchronise it with the chimes. I am sorry but this is just not good enough.

Great product. The cover of the bell was broken on delivery so I contacted Doorbellworld and they immediately issued a replacement. Great customer service. Beautiful doorbell and sounds great.

Great packing and so quick delivery, fantastic! You should revise the instructions as the diagram for the holes is wrong. I have done this before with you via Partidges in Hadleigh Suffolk.The hole for the rod is at the top and the backplate screws are in a 'y' shape and the pictures are confusing for a newcomer. I had no difficulty whatsoever!! Best regards, Martin Doe.

Rapid response to an email query before buying. Delivered efficiently. Setting up was straightforward, but make sure the instructions are followed precisely. Be aware that the terminals to connect the wires to in the transmitter are different from the ones mentioned first in the instructions if the doorbell has a transformer (the instructions go on to say which are the correct terminals). Bought two extensions, one with a throughput mains connection, and they both work well. Pleasantly surprised at how easy it has been, and that the original doorbell can still be used.

I received very good advice from Doorbellworld before buying. The doorbell works fine. Good quality shop! The shipping process, however, was difficult to track and trace. Delivery took more than two weeks, and it was never clear when I could expect delivery.
