The Ulooka doorbell I purchased was from a google addvert I can’t remember the chaps name who did the review, but out of 5 camera doorbells he put the Ulooka top, on that basis I gave it a try

Back again with more info the item reviewed was a Knockeric Ulooka camera doorbell filled in the online form which I was directed to from the Google review paid with Applepay, looking back through my bank statement the money actually went to sp pickdeals, enough said read all the reviews on trustpilot which I wished I had done. Ah well expensive lesson learnt, be careful people

I wanted a wireless chime for my old wired doorbell and their kit did just the trick for under £40 with two chimes. Phoned to get some advice and staff were knowledgeable.

Did what it said on the tin, plus the “portable” (not worth nailing it down) means we take it throughout the house, now never miss a caller.

Excellent idea.

The product sent looked nothing like advertised. Returned but no idea why I was made to pay for postage in such circumstance.

Product was delivered on time with no damage . Tracking was accurate and useful

Helpful response to an on line request for advice on a broken bell push. Replacement product recommended which works well and was much cheaper than starting again.

After raising a concern about getting a review request for an undelivered product, I experienced excellent customer service. The doorbell was quickly sent to me following that, and I'm very satisfied with its performance.

I found it a bit confusing to get exactly what I wanted, so rang the company. I was lucky enough to speak with Sophia, who couldn't have been more helpful, and helped me through the process. Give this girl a promotion!

If an item is out of stock, it would seem logical to cancel the order rather than send a completely different item.

Ordered a £92 wireless doorbell system and received an £18 wired bell push button instead.

Avoid this company. More reputable sellers are out there.

Good customer service after complaint about receiving a review request for the product that had not being delivered. Door bell then arrived very promptly and I am pleased with it. Works well.

We ordered a wired bellpush. When it arrived it was missing the component which actually made the electrical contact. We emailed the company but did not get a reply. To move the matter on, my husband 'phoned the company. The person he spoke to seemed unable to grasp what the problem was, and in the end gave incorrect advice. In desperation we sent another email. This time we received a reply from another person, thereinafter the problem was almost instantly solved.
The products this company sell are good and well made. From other reviews their customer relations seem to be very good, and our experience is atypical. We give them 4 stars for these reasons but not 5 because of the initial disappointment.

Great selection of door bells ... I rang up to get advice on what I wanted and the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful. The product arrived quickly and was easy to install and it definitely works!

Great product, looks great, made of the proper material and comes with suitable fixings.
Shame it's not free delivery.

On first sight and on the website it loos great, but the unit i got had some rather unfortunate things:
- the wood was badly sanded and felt reale rought; so i m going to dismantle it completely, sand the wood en lacker it back in a semi gloss black
- the copper screws were brutaly managed so they have serious marks of somebody who screwed them on and mistoke the openings so that botch screws are deformed...

on top of that:
It was not easy to recieve the package in europe, uncertainty where it was for some days. i finaly got it
