Doorbellworld Avis 

Doorbell was well packaged, instruction template is not the right size and saying print at 100% doesn’t help as it is obviously still too small. Of course i just measured from centre of the frame so can work around the incorrect documentation and dont need a template.
The plunger to connect bell press to bell was about half a cm too short. On enquiry I was told i could buy a longer one for more than I could get 6 even longer ones from Amazon so opted for that option just in case I cut it too short… my door is a standard looking double glazed door so surprised me that the plunger which was just a piece guillotined off a longer bar was too short. I now have a properly cut and finished plunger and bell works ok.

Easy to fit on wall and good selection of chimes.

No problems. Goods fitted and do the job required.

Impressive, goodlooking and much needed butlers doorbell kit. It’s replaced an old electric bell that hadn’t worked for years. The fitting/assembly instructions were easy to follow and i’m a very happy customer.

I purchased a doorbell world wired push button back in April via Amazon. Unfortunately the door bell push developed a minor fault last week (14th August) leaving it non functioning. I spoke to Richard at Doorbell World who was very understanding and helpful. He promised m a replacement part free of charge. The part in question arrived yesterday (19th August) and is now fitted and push working fine.

Great doorbell

This doorbell extender seemed to imply it could extend your current wired doorbell, however it could only connect to a doorbell button and not an existing working doorbell (the 12v to the button destroyed the transmitter). There were zero instructions to wire the transmitter only how to attach it to the wall. Overall not much use, however I was able to pair the bell portion with another model that did connect an existing wired bell I got from a different supplier - so all not lost.

A wind-up doorbell to replace my very old one. The replacement turned up on time and well packaged against damage. To my delight it was also exactly the same size as the old one, which made fitting very easy.

Contacted Doorbellworld after the “push” button was lost on my existing bell. They responded quickly and identified the correct replacement part, which was a fraction of the cost of a new bell. This was sent out within a few days and works perfectly. Great service!
