They were the cheapest quote
They were the cheapest quote from a number of suppliers, but they do not manufacture the doors themselves, the doors we ordered were manufactured by BA retail in Sheffield, and Door Finder acted as an intermediary, probably because BA retail only supply to the trade. Having said that, they were spot on for measurements, thank you Door Finder and BA Retail!

I sincerely apologise that you felt the need to leave a negative review. We understand that there was an error in our warehouse during the picking process, and once notified, we took immediate action to send out replacements at the earliest possible opportunity.
We received your email today, February 4th, 2025, stating that you have yet to receive the replacements. We have provided you with the tracking history, which indicates that Parcelforce attempted delivery twice, but was unsuccessful on both occasions. We have since rearranged the delivery for the next working day, February 5th, 2025.
We hope there will be no further issues with the delivery, and that you will be able to complete your project. We trust that you will be satisfied with the quality of the doors supplied and look back on the experience with a positive view.

Great Experience with Doorfinder when finding a replacement cupboard door
The replacement made to measure door is excellent quality and when I contacted the company to follow up my order to find out the whereabouts of my order, the customer services team got back to me quickly with the information I needed. Would definitely use Door finder again and I woul recommend them to all.

Super quality doors and the dimensions were exact.
Courier clearly tried their hardest to ruin the day but quality packaging ensured doors were still good once unpackaged.
The jobs not completed until the customer receives their purchase in one piece so well done.
