Needed a replacement door due to water damage .Easy to order even though not standard size .Good price and delivery was quick . Door arrived well packaged to prevent any knocks in transit .

We are having are kitchen doors replaced and have ordered a few samples so still trying to decide as theres so much choice but will be ordering from you as we need made to measure and yours is a good price

Door sample purchase never arrived.
I have bought a sample in March 2026 and never arrived, it is now July. I have contacted customer service and never received a reply.

We've checked your order and our records show that the parcel was marked as delivered by Parcelforce on 1st April 2026. We appreciate that, on occasion, delivery records don't always reflect what the customer has experienced, and we're sorry if that's the case here.
We also searched the email address associated with your order and couldn't find any previous correspondence or reports that the sample hadn't been received until this review. Had we been made aware sooner, we would have been happy to investigate the issue immediately.

Easy Peasy !……from start to finish
Easy Peasy !……from start to finish . Our 13 year old Wren kitchen needed a couple of new doors & hinges due to wear & tear over the years. Ordered a sample door first , to match (4.99) . Received within 3 days . It matched & l went ahead and ordered what I needed. Again received promptly without fuss . The fact they sat in the kitchen for another week before I fitted them was nothing to do with Door Finders . Nothing but praise from ordering , delivery….and even the prompt credit on the hinges I decided not to keep when I returned them . Five star experience. Now fitted my wife is delighted !!!!! 😀
