Wry good customer service, had a slight issue and was sorted within the hour ,

I needed to replace two ‘made to measure’ gloss doors, I wasn’t sure what I picked would match my other kitchen doors, I took a gamble and glad I did, they match perfectly! The only negative I have is I checked the first door when they arrived, but I should of checked both doors as when I had them fitted the fitter pointed out one of the corners on the door was damaged, it shows on the inside but thankfully not on the outside where it matters, as it was too late for me to notify the company. Maybe a better protective packaging on the corners would be a good idea, then I would of given 5 stars, but they fit and look fantastic.

We wanted a few kitchen base-unit end panels to replace some that had sustained water damage. We didn't need bespoke and Doorfinder had large enough panels for us to cut to size. The sample we got was just right so we ordered the panels and they arrived in good time and well packed. We haven't used them yet but they seem to be really nice quality and well made. They'll revitalise the tired-looking kitchen they're intended for.

Quality of the doors is excellent. Everything came very well packaged, no damage. Slightly misleading over the phone on information, causing me to order legs that weren’t needed. A mistake made between my order and delivery, I received a base unit instead of a wall unit, thought it was my mistake until I checked the screen shot order (that I always do) unfortunately I would of had to pay for the return so I kept it. Very friendly on the phone. Delivery was a little longer than advertised and told, and came in to separate deliveries. Missing sides to the larder unit arrived nearly a week later again, I was very lucky my kitchen fitter was able to fit it all in to his busy schedule.

Made to measure doors were very precisely and well made. Only knocked one star off due to being told it would be delivered in 8-10 days and it took 12. However the quality and price were very good

Order for the door to be drilled for hinges but as arrived without the door is beautiful match

We ordered new bedroom wardrobe doors, saved at least £2000 and a lot of hassle to have them replaced.
Door finder were really helpful each time a query arose.

Your email said you will notify when on the way. I heard nothing until I got the trust pilot review saying how did we do.. I laughed and deleted it due to not hearing about a delivery date. Then 21;50 this evening a neighbour knocked by door and asked if I was expecting a delivery. My new doors were left on no 15 drive which is a building site and I live at no 17. Good job the builders didn’t have them away, 3 boxes were open so not impressed. Hopefully the product will be fine.. delivered at noon so been left out there all day. Conscious the review is about the product not the delivery. I’ll write an amendment once opened and fitted.

Nice to find a good company with great customer service and focus. We had a door damaged upon delivery. Gave them a call sent some pictures and a replacement arrived within a few days. Product is of good quality and well made. Highly recommended.
