This has been a great journey for me and still is Dope Doctors are an amazing group of people who as a whole makes this easy for me. I’ve lost 22lbs and I feel good at first I was nervous and scared but with the help of Ginger and my Sister who recommended me make it easy through encouragement and their own Journey Thank you all for your support and help . When I needed questions answered you guys responded. This is what makes a successful journey ❤️

I've had a really good experience with dope doctors. And the customer service is second to none!

I've done business with Dope Doctors for six months. The process of establishing a prescription was easy and the staff seemed very invested in my health and providing tips to reduce side effects such as nausea and fatigue. I received checkups through calls in the first two months. The company then offered a discounted deal to setup a rolling prescription and once I enrolled the communication ceased. My issue was with the auto enrollment payments and the complete lack of customer service. No one will call you, even if they say they will. There's an app with a chat, but there were four representatives who either repeated the same response or said nothing at all. I kept getting billed within a 14 day cycle instead of 25. Then when I wanted to wait till my product was low they chose to charge me again. Just be mindful that if you have an issue with product or payment you may not be treated with respect. I ceased all business with them and disputed charges with my bank. Would not recommend this company over a more reputable business.
