Do not play here, according to “support” rules “6.1 and 6.4” state they can take your winnings when you win and leave you only with what you deposited. After looking at rules 6.1 and 6.4 myself it doesn’t even say that anywhere at all. Joke of a website, this is all over $100. Mine you I’ve been trying to verify my account for 2 weeks now also. DO NOT PLAY HERE. IT IS A SCAM. As others have said, they gave me double Gems (SC) on purchase. Then I hit around 800 dollars. They even deducted the extra gems they gave me plus winnings they said I received because of it. Okay fine. I asked them is everything okay then and no more would be deducted. I was assured that the situation was taken care of and go on playing. Ended up redeeming 200. 3 days go by and then it's auto cancelled. 15 SC returned to account but show 185 was redeemed and completed. I got the runaround for 2 days. 3 separate people told me it processed and was sent to my bank that it would be there any minute. Waited 24hrs. Now they tell me the completed redeem was back to them. Because of the double coin issue they had already taken care of. Please don't anyone play here.

Yeah, truthfully I wouldn’t play here no more guys when I first made my account. They were verifying me super quick and then I finally won a big amount of one $1900 and then they tell me there was an error. It was double winnings and they have every right erase all my winning so they erased all my winnings and only left me with the $25 pack I bought it and they took the blame for it. They said it was their fault cause they gave me $10 extra so they decided to erased $1800 worth of winnings for $10 extra that they accidentally gave me this place is the biggest fraud in the world and I would not trust them. But get this they put me through two weeks of verification before they told me about this so-called error so for two weeks they had me thinking I was getting the money and then on the last day this just now today they took them two weeks to find out it was an error.

So I have been playing on this site for a couple weeks and have a VIP host have done redemptions already and had them processed and actually received them the reason I'm giving one star is because now I finally had a big win of a couple thousand dollars and all of a sudden my account has to go through another review which I was told would take 24 hours that was 2 days ago still no updates no one can help me and my pending Redemption on top of the new one that I'm trying to do is blocked and I'm not allowed to make any redemptions at all be careful playing here if you win big you probably won't get your money. I wish I could share the screenshots on here of customer support confirming everything I'm saying but just telling me that they can do nothing but contact the relevant Department which has resulted in no results whatsoever.

Just started playing! The games paid out good and I am attempting the process for a redemption now. Worried after seeing the reviews they have. Will provide an update here.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have been waiting over 24hrs for my verification and the support told me it could take up to 72hrs, even though the website specifically states could take up to 24hrs. I don’t believe they will actually process anyone’s redemption.

I’m only giving 4 stars because the verification was rough but I did get paid out from this company this morning! I was super worried cause I’m seeing a lot of people saying they haven’t got funds but thankfully I did! I put 2 requests in, one Saturday and one Sunday and received both today at 7am!

They steal money. You will never be able to redeem on this platform. They will keep requesting documents that don’t exist. My redemption has been pending for 2 weeks and I keep going in circles with them. There is no end in sight.

Low RTP Won't close account

I did my standard 100 dollars worth of buys to test out, had no luck, lowest possible rtp on all of their games... easiest to see is hacksaw at 92%. No automatic ways to put account on hold, limit spending or to close your account. Their responsible gaming is lacking, you have to email. I have emailed twice and they still haven't closed my account. Support is terrible at best. Plenty of other fish in the sea, I would throw this one back.

These are the same guys that run BigPirate, Raffley Limited. Personally, I'll be staying far away from these scammers. Just look up BigPirate on here and you'll see what I'm talking about. They ban winners and then attempt to keep their money. It takes legal threats and some people even had to file for arbitration.
