De dames bij de receptie waren heel vriendelijk. Ik kreeg een upgrade. Ook in het restaurant was iedereen heel servicegericht. Het appartement was meer dan goed.

Beter handhaven op lawaaioverlast
Beter handhaven op lawaaioverlast. Om ons heen waren grote groepen jongeren die middels eigen meegebrachte boxen harde muziek hadden aanstaan. Daarnaast schreeuwden ze mee. Duurde tot middernacht.

Onvriendelijke en onprofessionele service aan de telefoon. Na lang wachten, krijg je eindelijk iemand aan de telefoon. Helaas wordt er dan niet de tijd voor je genomen en ben je maar een nummer. Erg jammer want we hadden ons er zo op verheugd.

We stayed at the hotel from April 26 to…
We stayed at the hotel from April 26 to May 3. The facilities are great, and the swimming pool and spa were very nice. However, the restaurant kitchen closes too early, which was inconvenient. The beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable, and there was no daily housekeeping service during our stay. The apartment wasn’t very clean—we found spiders, and the air conditioner in one of the bedrooms was leaking water above the wardrobe.

Zeer mooi park
Zeer mooi park. Wij verbleven drie nachten in een panorama appartement met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers, ideaal voor twee koppels. Appartement, net als het hele park, zeer schoon en uitgebreide inventaris. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Locatie vlakbij Maastricht.

Prachtig park
Prachtig park, mooie omgeving op 15 min. fietsafstand van Maastricht. Thermen Maastricht ligt er tegenaan. In het hotel geslapen, goede bedden met een nette keuken en balkon. Je kunt fietsen huren op het park.Hier kom ik graag weer terug!
