I approached Ben when looking to develop strong branding for my new jewellery business. I had seen some examples of Ben’s work on his Instagram page and knew that he was a good fit for me and would produce what I needed. Having roughly designed my logo, Ben then built a brand identity around that, liaising with me every step of the way. Ben was sure to seek my input on colours I liked and didn’t like and similarly with fonts used throughout.

Despite only being in the position to start up some social media pages and an online store at the point at which I contacted Ben, he provided me with mock ups of many more designs such as website pages, business cards and store fronts. This was invaluable and really helped me to envisage my brand and business going forward. On the technical side, Ben was great at helping me understand how to create social media content in line with the branding he had created, to ensure everything I posted was professional and consistent. Ben was very helpfully able to talk me through everything he had produced and was a great sounding board when I had questions about the content or how I was developing the business and brand.

I will definitely be referring dotwall and Ben to others and will be coming back to develop my website, and other materials, shortly.

Ben is an absolutely awesome guy to work with if you want a new website creating. I needed a website for my bike fitting business and found Ben. Although he was already aware of the trade itself, he has a great understanding of not only how a website of today needs to look in order to attract customers, but he also understands the marketing side of it to help persuade a customer to buy into what you're selling. He sees the website from the customers eyes, and has that open minded approach.
He made me feel more confident about what I'm offering, and therefore kept the wording of the main pages simple, direct and persuasive!
I was educated in how to make simple changes to the website if required, but he was always on hand to help make changes if they seemed more complex.
He has an eye for quality and detail down to the finest pixel of an image you might want to use for your website, it has to be perfect or there's no point!
Ben also offers a maintenance package as part of his services which means you can just relax and know your website is secure, optimised and being looked after properly. A very worthwhile investment.
