I have sent five emails which are regarding a special they were running during Father's Day weekend where you buy one and get the same amount on the 22nd of June free there seem to be no limit so I bought three times I received only one bonus after five emails have not received one response from this company and from reading reviews apparently they don't answer their support request. I love the game but I surely do not appreciate not having my emails at least addressed therefore I will never spend another dime on this game and I am a Prestige customer which means I spent quite a bit of my cash playing this game because I always enjoyed it so if you're reading this review DounleU Casino answer my God damn emails I will spam you to death with continually forwarding my original message everyday until I get an answer. This is certainly not the way you treat loyal customers. I am beyond belief of your unprofessionalism I have been playing this game over 20 years the least you can do is answer my email even if I'm not entitled the bonuses you could at least respond
