THEIR WEBSITE SAYS YOU ONLY NEED TO CALL IF YOUR AUTODRAFT IS WITHIN 10 DAYS. THEY KNOW ISSUE AND ARE NOT STOPPING THE CHANGE ONLINE NOR ARE THEY AT LEAST CHANGING THE ALERT.
