Our laptop fell on the floor and had a very dim display. Someone told me that the screen would definitely need replacing. AI told me it was probably the backlight. I messaged Vlad and he responded within an hour or two. I dropped off the laptop and he identified a damaged cable and repaired it promptly + for a very reasonable price. We are pleased to have found such a skilful and swift computer repair guy in Birmingham.

My PC stopped working and I was unable to diagnose the problem myself so I contacted Vlad about the problem. He offered to take my PC the day after and started working on diagnosing the problem. The process took a couple of weeks however he told me exactly what I needed to buy and offered to reassemble the PC for me. Overall I’m very happy with the service.

Came in with Asus gaming laptop that required thermal paste change+cleaning, and SSD installation. I actually messed up the screw when I was trying to upgrade it myself, but Vlad managed to fix everything perfectly for an excellent and competitive price on the same day. Unable to sign onto laptop due to forgotten password. Having some IT experience I'd already tried booting from a Linux based o/s via USB to run commands to resolve this, but to no avail and was struggling. Vlad understood everything I was explaining and he sorted out the problem very quickly and I'm back on my laptop again. He is very knowledgeable and so Iwouldn't hesitate to use him again. As a small home-based business his charges are very reasonable too so I highly recommend him.

My laptop was giving me lots of problems recently which is so stressful when you are at uni in the middle of your exams and assignments.
