Problem with the retailer
Excellent product, but don’t buy from this retailer. I had ordered two pens in the past with no issues. I ordered the A11 with 50 cartridges. The pen was obviously faulty. The cartridges could not stay in place, they fell off. The moment you turn on the pen they fly off. I sent a mail explaining the matter, Complete indifference. I sent a second, a third, pictures and videos, a fourth and so on. I did not ask for a refund or replacement just explained the issue. Even after the videos they still claimed they couldn’t understand the problem. So now I have a faulty pen and 50 useless cartridges. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing…

We’re sorry to see this review, particularly as we have made several attempts to assist you with your order.
When there was an issue with the original delivery, we arranged for the order to be reshipped to you. When you contacted us more than two months after delivery regarding the cartridges, we were also happy to investigate despite the length of time that had passed.
After reviewing the photographs you provided, we confirmed that the light blue A11 cartridges with the updated wavy contact surface supplied with your order are the correct cartridges for the A11 device. One of the photographs, however, showed an M8 cartridge fitted to the A11. As cartridges for different Dr Pen models have different fitting and locking mechanisms and are not interchangeable, this made it particularly important for us to establish exactly what was happening with the correct A11 cartridge.
You subsequently told us that the A11 cartridges would not lock into place and would come off when the device was switched on. Unfortunately, the video provided did not show the cartridge or locking mechanism closely or clearly enough for us to verify what was happening. We therefore asked for one further, clearer video showing the correct A11 cartridge being fitted and the issue occurring. This was simply so that we could properly assess the problem and determine the appropriate resolution.
We’re disappointed that our request for the information needed to investigate a reported fault has been interpreted as poor customer service. We remain happy to review the issue if you would like to provide the requested video.

Poor quality, and you are paying for PP to return, so the shipping cost for an item is around £10, which i think is very expensive. While other companies offer a return for free. Never buy from this company again.

I ordered my Dr Pen A11 device and cartridges from Dr Pen UK and honestly the whole experience was great from start to finish. Delivery was really fast, everything arrived securely packaged, and the products feel genuine and high quality.
What stood out most was the customer service. I had a couple of questions before using the device and the team replied quickly and were genuinely helpful instead of just giving generic answers. It made me feel much more confident ordering from them compared to some of the other websites out there.

Do not purchase from them. Your order will be delayed and due to insecure delivery, you won’t receive it and then they’ll refuse a refund.
I wasted nearly £300.
They are claiming it’s not their DrPen but this isn’t accurate.
Check the reference.

I ordered some cartridges from this company.i did make a mistake and ordered the wrong ones.Emailed straight away and they insisted it had already dispatched
Fair enough gave me and adress too return,no proper return label.sent the next day as instructed.Three weeks later no return and terrible response from customer service.claiming they never received the item. So unfortunately taking matters further.out of principal more than anything.so be very careful if you need too ask for a refund

Excellent Customer Service from Lauren
I ordered the Dr Pen A11, along with needle cartridges, which arrived very quickly and nicely packaged. I noticed that the A11 device had a faulty screen after removing it from the manufacturer's packaging. I emailed Lauren to explain the fault, who replied straight away and provided me with a tracked returns label. Once the device had been recieved, a replacement was posted out immediately and was with me the next day. A very happy customer who will be returning. Thanks Lauren :)
